This is a Los Castillo design made by Hilario Lopez who worked for several Tallers through his career(of which one was Margot de Taxco) and he was an accomplished Maestro. The construction is open backed repousse but it is framed in heavy silver making a respectable 80 grams heavy. There is lots of bead work executed on this design and it is in impeccable condition. If you could find an original Los Castillo of this rare design it would cost at least twice what this one costs...

We have an obsidian stone Mask brooch that exhibits an exceptional gold sheen. The brooch is 2 in. by 1.5in. Signed RB and with eagle 3. The carving has no chips, cracks or damage. The gold sheen obsidian is getting harder to obtain today and this is a beauty. The silver work on the head dress is exemplary. It was difficult to get a picture of the sheen with my camera. The lighter color is the reflection from light casting on the sheen.

This interesting pin is constructed of four flat, interlocking rings and has a nice heft to it. The rollover clasp is original to the piece and in good working order. The back bears the maker's mark of a conjoined HT, an unidentified silversmith who also worked with Estela Popowski, as well as independently. A fine quality vintage c1950s sterling silver 16" necklace by Anthony. This rhinestone necklace consists of three 7/8" wide segments with teardrop and round claw-set rhinestones. It has a snapover catch, it is stamped ANTHONY IIII STERLING, and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

This bracelet is a signed Hector Aguilar X chased jewel. The height is .75in. tall and there are 4 bezel set amethyst stones. There is a 2.5in. diameter and it fits more like a bangle but it is hinged. The silver is thick at 60 grams heavy. The amethyst ranges in colors and swirls of colors. This is a published design in Silver Masters by Penny Morrill. This is a very rare bracelet you never see and is a perfect buy for collectors.

Signed Los Castillo and constructed with thick silver weighing 84 grams. The repousse is beautifully fashioned with flowing curls and beaded sides and a dark natural patina. This clamper bracelet is design 250 with the artist being Margot Van Voorhies before her divorce to Antonio Castillo. The presence is stunning with a height of 2.5 inches. Fits most with an inner diameter of 2 3/8th inches. No dents, strong spring and no repairs. One of the very best from the Spratling era.

Los Castillo clamper design 508 is constructed of heavy repousse and weighs 79 grams. The diameter is 2.5 and will fit most. The size is a manageable 2.75 in. tall and the spring is tight. This design is an obvious Margot work of art when married to Antonio Castillo. Very well cared for with no dents or damage.

This is a Vintage 14K bracelet in like new condition. It sat in a safe for decades. It's stamped 14K but because of the rich color it looks like it could be 18k. Has a second stamp we don't recognize (see image). There is an appraisal from 1997 when gold was $350 an oz., that gives it a value of $814. Weighs 18.5 grams and is 7 in length.

This great pin / brooch has great detail. The Pekingese breed is a toy dog, originating in China. It was popular with royalty of the Chinese Imperial court.
