Set of 3 Brutalist cast bronze candles in the shape of drip beeswax column candles. Even though you can stick a candle on them, they look terrific grouped together as an art form which is what I believe the artist intended. Antique Chinese Scholars bronze Recumbent Ram Scroll weight with legs tucked under and head turned back the ram has fruit offerings on his back topped with a Ying Yang symbol. The ram shows his age with heavy wear to one eye. Free standing and heavy for the size. Size 2" by 1.5" by .5".

Beautiful handkerchief or fazzoletto bowl with white filigree and twisted green rods, the green surrounded by glittering aventurine strands. Murano, c 1960, unmarked but probably by the Fratelli Toso glassworks. Height "5 / 12.5 cm. Condition: fine.

This candle holder is a nautilus form faience candle holder from Malicorne-sur-Sarthe, France, a town in the region of Pays de la Loire famous for its decorative ceramics and stoneware. A rival and complement to the nearby Quimper factory, many of the designs are similar in form. This piece is likely from the early to mid-20th century.

Exceptional and rare bronze art nouveau chamber stick with match holder, blossoming flower motifs. Illustrated in the publication, "The Flowering of Art Nouveau," p.321-322, 426, 428.

Circa 1920sEichwald majolica centerpiece with a lion head on the base. Large and colorful, this blue bowl with a golden yellow interior is relief decorated on the exterior with small raspberry red flowers, light green tendrils, and paisley shaped pink medallions. Other colors are lavender, and golden brown. A fabulous statement piece. Marked" Eichwald" and "Czechoslovakia", it measures 15" high, 12ʺ long × 8.25ʺ wide.

Cotton cloth which used to be obi (sash) for a casual kimono. It has hand-drawn tsutsugaki design. It was "Nagoya obi" which was invented in early 20th century to make it easier to tie in the traditional style. An unsigned Moser style cordial standing 6 inches high. The colorless 4 3/4 inch tall stem is topped by a 1 1/4 inch tall cup decorated with 2 blue marquetry plums and engraved leaves and stems in green. There is no pontil mark and the cordial is perfect.

Small lacquered wooden box in the shape of an eggplant. Top of the fruit near the leaves painted with silver pigments. Interior painted with gold pigments, signature in the center partly erased: ka?e (か?エ). Transport box included.

Inspired the works of Iizuka Rokansai, this open weave basket with richly toned dark red-brown split bamboo has a slightly tapering cylindrical body with an offset loop handle at the top. Signed with an incised signature on the bottom. Comes with a bamboo water container. Dates late 20th century. Measures 8” high including handle, 4.74” diameter. This basket had a very nice sheen to it that is not being captured by the photos. You will be pleased.

21124690 A kangaroo cocktail glass from the Libbey Nash Silhouette series of 1933 with an opalescent stem. The Silhouette series wine glass is illustrated on page 15B of the Libbey-Nash Series 1933 catalog as shown in Fauster on page 330. These were listed in the catalog as available with either black or opalescent stems, although others can be found in clear or frosted colorless glass. The 6 inch tall cocktail glass is signed and perfect.
