Wooden panel covered with a thick layer of green urushi lacquer decorated with a lake landscape. A pontoon on stilts in light relief brown, ocher and yellow lacquer is surrounded by flowering Irises. The leaves are also in green thick lacquer and the flowers are in mother-of-pearl and eggshell, probably ostrich. The work is particularly neat and very solid. Unique Chinese yixing teapot with rondels of marbled clay surrounding the teapot and on the cover. The spout and the handle are modelled in a bamboo design with a pig finial on the lid. There is a four character impressed mark on the base, as well as a different four character impressed mark on the underside of the lid.

Pair of of Chinese antique spinach green jade plaques. Each is hand carved with a scene of bamboo and another flowering plant with butterflies overhead, all within an incised circle border. Gilt highlights the incised design of both. The reverse of each has been left bare. The stands are later.

The exterior with white and black slip inlaid decoration of chrysanthemum roundels within double rings and a scrolling vine pattern the interior with an upper scrolling pattern with 4 floral sprays. The olive green glaze pooling to blue-green and burned in the kiln to a drab tone on a portion of the exterior. 12th to 13th century. Good condition. Diameter 8 inches . Height almost 2 1/2 inches
Japanese Meiji Mixed Metal Vase with flowers and Birds the vase has inlay copper silver and gold as well as leaf and overlay, a fine piece with a few issues one is it has been drilled for a lamp and one handle was loose from the peg hole but now superglued back and fits tight. Beautiful piece even with flaws very heavy as well. Weight is almost 6 pounds h 9.75" diameter 6" not including wood base.

compressed ovoid shaped body and a lotus bulb mouth.
A stunning mounted two-tone bronze dragon wraps around vase. The vase features a scrolling lotus design on a rust colored ground. Hole remains in base where it was mounted as a lamp. In excellent condition, the vase measures 11 inches high. On base 12" high. Dates circa 1930.
The vintage Chinese blue and white bowl is decorated with two dragons and clouds, symmetrically opposite with the flaming pearl between the two dragons. The base of the bowl is a double circular ring which represents eternity.
The Kintsugi repairs to the bowl adds a dimension that brings it to life...

Large Japanese Gigaku demon mask, covered with silver, gold, and bronze lacquer. The colors gold is associated with the underworld, especially when apparent in a demon's eyes. Beautiful Chinese antique Qilin covered censer carved from one single piece of agate with natural striations across the body. Qilin are a Chinese mythical beast sometimes associated with giraffes or Camelopard. The lid is carved into a detailed lion. Incised decorations of animal heads and scrolling designs with lots of detail. The handles branch out and attach to the body in the form of Qilin heads supporting loose rings as handles.
