A finely made and substantial glass flask, Roman Emperial, 1st.-3rd. century AD.

In green glass with a wide folded mouth and slightly curving walls.

Size: c. 10,3 cm. tall and 4,4 cm. wide.

Condition: Extremely fine, intact with fine silver irridescence and sound.

Ex. European Collection, comes with COA.

Fine lot of two early bronze figures, probably 18th. century or earlier.

Size: 57-53 mm.

Condition: Near Very fine intact with fine wear from worship.

An interesting and finely made 'Kissing Bird' opium weight, Late Shan, 19th./20th. cent.

Weight: 10 Tical / 167,62 grams

Condition: Good Very fine, attractive with a nice brown patina.

Provenance: Collection of Gunna Munkvad, Denmark, aquired from the 1950s-1980s.

A finely preserved small inscribed foundation cylinder, Neo-Babylonian Empire, c. 8th-6th. century BC.

The barrel shaped piece fully inscribed in Babylonian cuneiform. Untranslated but such cylinders usually has been attributed to Nebucadnezzar II, 604-562 B.C. They were stuck into buidings walls and is often long texts with praises to the builder and the gods, usually a king, just like foundation bricks.

A very rare and interesting large fragment of a sculptural torquise blue faience vessel with moulded decoration, Egypt, probably Amarna period, 14th. century BC.

The fragment represent up to 40% of what was once a hemispheric low bowl with pseudo handles and black and torquise glaze. Moulded decoration of large snake and the tail of another which would have adorned the other side.

Size: 13-14 cm. long.

A very early archaic bronze figure of seated Kore, Italic bronzeage, Etruscan, c. 7th. century BC.

A lovely figure with fine details of Kores archaic features, the elaborate gown and the wonderful expression. She wears a spiked diadem holding her long hair.
Very unusual depiction of Kore half seated, where the usual depiction is a motionless standing image.

Size: c. 69 mm. for the figure alone and 120 mm. incl. the vintage stepped podium.

Attractive bronze figure of Buddha seated on a double Lotus Throne and with a halo behind, Nepalese, c. late 19th.-20th. century.

Condition: Good very fine, nice patina and intact copper seal in the base.

A very large unguentarium made of slightly green clear glass Roman, Eastern Mediterranean, 2nd - 3rd century AD.

The bottle of impressive height and with broad base and tappering neck, sound glass.

Size: c. 17,5 cm. tall and 8,7 cm. in diameter at the base!

Condition: Extremely fine, sound almost clear glass vessel with beautiful silverish and rainbow irridescence and deposits inside.

A finely painted and carved danish Hammer-wood, carved and painted 1826.

The hammer-wood or hammer-board was used when doing laudry together woith the mangleboard, and was made in the same style also for weddings as wall-hangers in the 17th.-19th. century.

This Oak hammer-wood is exceptionally finely carved with fine chiseling of a sun-symbol and geomethic forms.
