This extraordinarily rare Olmec necklace has 57 beads all made from Imperial green true jadeite. All are highly translucent except 4 small beads. It measures 30" when strung open from end to end. It has been restrung in modern times. I have never seen nor heard of pre-Columbian imperial jadeite of this quality. An incredible blackstone finial from a sceptre or macehead, Pre-columbian Moche Culture, ca. 4th.-7th. cent. AD.

An exceptional piece decorated with 4 figures in each corner of the trapezoid carving; they are holding on their belly with both hands and each is wearing a headdress. The space between the figures decorated with a pattern of oval depressions. The finial hollowed in the center for mounting it as a club or sceptre.

This unique Olmec maskette is made from Guatemalan Imperial Green Jadeite and Imperial Blue Jadeite. It is an Omphacite/chloromelanite jade which "GemSelect" describes as the rarest and most valuable type of jade. Leoncio A. Bronze ring dating from 8-6th century BC made in Northern Italy by Villanovian culture named from a typical settlement discovered in 1853 at Villanova, near Bologna. Wonderful artifact with rich green patina, in excellent shape for a 2700 year old object. The piece comes from the Koutalakis collection. Can actually be worn as ring - the inner diameter is 15.5 mm, which corresponds to ring size 4.

Rare Ceramic stirrup spout vessel with seated Scorpio. Moche Culture, Peru, 100 BC to 700 AD.

A superb vessel in very good intact condition. A Scorpio is seated on top of the vessel and from it's back, the stirrup handle evolves.
