A rare shape Yuan dynasty Persian blue and white large bowl, rounded side with deep center and unglazed base, bowl decorated with fine under glaze persian blue of continuous flower scroll motif at the exterior, inner rim with classic scroll motif, inner center with flower motif. Bowl has been broken and restruck, almost complete with very small missing part at the rim, please see piture detail.

This is one of the nicest pair of stacking bookcases that we've had, mainly because you can fit large size books in them. Each one is four stacks high, but they are much higher than the usual stackers, and the bottom two are also a lot deeper. Each of the top two sections measures 13" tall x 34" wide x 11" deep. Each of the bottom two sections measures 16" tall x 34" wide x 14" deep. The total of each bookcase is 70" tall x 34" wide. They have been refinished and are in excellent condition...

This is a lovely revolving bookcase, circa 1910. It is mahogany, with a shell style inlay on the top. There are two shelves on each of the four sides. The bookcase itself measures 31" high x 19" deep.

Trans: Residing in Kyoto, Japan Ikkodo Bunryu Atsuyoshi followed by a kao or a distinctive signature of the artist. A fine early 19th century silver tastevin in the 17th century Burgundian style, inset with a Louis XIV silver ecu coin. The coin is surrounded by a “couronne” of 27 perles from which extend elongated “godrons”. These elongated grooves, without any corresponding circular grooves typically meant the tastevin was intended for use only with white wines. The godrons are further enhanced with small bunches of grapes...

A beautiful set of four c1775 English wine glasses, engraved with a scene of horsemen, hounds, foxes, and a house, the lower part of the ogee bowls cut and the stems with facet cutting.

Beautifully detailed spelter lamp of a school boy dressed in knickers and a cape, holding his book under his arm. The whole lamp stands 41" tall with an 8" diameter on the base. The figure of the boy, without the base or the font, stands 20 1/2" tall. There is a small chip on the top rim of the shade, but everything else is in perfect condition. This is one of the nicest lamps of its kind that I've had.

This screen is carved from top to bottom in every possible place. It has faces, flowers, lion feet, berries and more. The red panels in the back can be easily changed, so it can be made to go with any decor. The two outside panels are each 22" wide x 65" tall, and the center panel is 20" wide x 65". Not only is this a beautiful screen, but it would make a wonderful one of a kind headboard also. It is in great original condition.

Chinese carved cabinet made all of beautiful hongmu hardwood, front is carved with four scenes of immortals and children with birds and animals in mountain pavilion setting, interior has a shelf with two drawers, the inside of each of the cabinet doors is also beautifully carved, brass hardware on inside and out, circa 1900. The body exquisitely potted of flattened double-gourd form with a slender upper bulb resting on a compressed lower body, set with two delicate loop handles. One of the loviest cups and sauces that I've ever had, there are two of these, which are priced individually. They are each painted with gold and silver decoration and are in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The cups measure 3 1/2" tall x 3" diameter, the saucers have a diameter of 5 1/2".
