19th century Japanese bronze mae-kanagu (tobacco pouch clasp fitting) in a form of a running boar. Wonderful dynamic design, great crisp detailing, gilded eye. Comes with original backing with design of a stone on it. Length with backing 1 9/16 inches.

A charming late 19th C. Chinese tea cup and saucer, displaying the traditional dragon and other design elements. The hollowed transparent holes are covered with glaze to form the ever popular rice pattern. Various symbols such as the sunburst represent the Emperor and bats for good fortune, on the underside of the teacup are various Doaist symbols. Tea cup measures 2.75" diameter x 2" high, saucer measures 4" diameter x 1" high". In excellent condition without hairlines or chips.

Chinese beautiful Silver Pouch shape Pendant, Ca. 1920, 1 1/4" wide, 1 1/8" high include handle, 1/2" deep, etched and low relief design of Chinese Character on one side and Floral design on the other side, hollow inside, all in one piece. The condition is good.

A large, very well and thinly potted bowl. The exterior of the steep rounded sides finely incised with two striding five-clawed dragons in mutual pursuit of flaming pearls, and enamelled in yellow, aubergine, black and shades of green with three different kind of large fruit branches...

19th century staghorn netsuke carved as a cluster of all 7 masks of shichifukujin - Seven Gods of Good Fortune: Ebisu - god of fishermen and merchants, Daikoku - god of wealth, commerce and trade, Bishamonten - god of warriors, Benten - goddess of knowledge, art and beauty, Fukurokuju - god of happiness, wealth and longevity, Hotei - the fat and happy god of abundance and good health, and Jurojin - god of wisdom. Essentially the netsuke is a wish for good luck and serves as a talisman as well...

Small statue of Green Tara, wearing diadem, necklace and dhoti, sitting "at ease" on a double lotus throne. Her right hand holds the "cintamani", the jewel which "grants wishes or satisfies all desires". Bronze, with fine green patina in the recesses. Tibet, 16th century or earlier. Height: 3 3/8" (8,5 cm). Strong erosion due to very old age, tiny losses at the base of the throne, otherwise very good condition. NOTE: Green Tara is seen as the Buddhist protector against all dangers.

Chinese Turquoise color Monochrome Pottery hand molded 2 handle Dragon Vase, Ca. 17th C. Ming, 8" high, 6" wide for point to point hexagonal bottom, 4 1/4" wide for top include two(2) handles. The bottom is not glazed. There are some small glaze chips, very common for this type of monochrome glazed pottery.

Rare shards of Yuan dynasty blue and white very large bowl and plate, decorated with fine drawing of mandarin ducks. size: shards in 20 cm wide, if the bowl in perfect condition would be around 40 cm diameter.
