A rare and unusual Arita dish made for export to the West decorated with the subject of a Chinese Lady and her attendant viewing Plum blossom. It is probably adapted from a Chinese transitional original. The dish measures 8.5 inches in diameter and is in good condition with cracks, chips or restoration, except for some light crazing to a portion of the reverse and some glaze skip along the rim. The dish dates to the period 1680-1700

An interesting kaku nagazara, rectangular dish designed for use in the Kaiseki meal. It is decorated primarily in a three colour Imari palette, more typically found on porcelain produced for export to the West. The central reserve is decorated in kinsai style with gilt and gilt outlined enamels with a “winter” landscape incorporating Bamboo, Take, Pawlonia, Kiri and Suisen, Japanese Narcissus partially obscured by cloud like ground fog, and finger form kuomo style clouds...

A good abalone shaped, awabi-gata, Ko Imari dish decorated in some-nishikide style with a sansui style Landscape. The reverse decorated in under-glaze blue with boats and islands and within the foot-ring and within a single ring a mountain fuku, good fortune, mark. The dish measures 6.5 inches or 16.5cm in length and 5.125 inches or 13cm in width, and 1.5 inches or 4cm in height, and is in good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. Shipping at Cost.

A good Song - Yuan dynasty longquan celadon alms bowl with cover, rounded side with wide rim and deep center, bowl decorated with carved raising petal motif at the exterior, cover with carving flower motif, porcelains good ping sound with finger tip.

Another dream piece, Ming Dynasty, Hongzhi period ( 1488- 1505 ). Excavated in Kalimantan, Indonesia. Wonderful Cobalt blue, superb execution of the Peacock design, just enjoy the images. Diameter : 31,8 cm. Condition : One old genuine fiering crack from the time of production of the piece and one lost to the footrim of the piece also from the time of production. This Qing dynasty Tong Zhi period (1862~1874) gold and blue square bowl is 3” high and 6 ½” wide. It has a turquoise interior and gold floral design over blue background exterior. It has a red Tong Zhi mark on the bottom. Aside from some worn gold trim, it is in great condition.

Ming 15th century jar decorated with blue and white fruiting tree branch. 11cm diameter.5,5cm high. Good conditions.only found small glaze flake (please see on the picture).
