An antique Japanese Kotansu (personal chest) made of Kiri (Paulownia) wood. All hand forged iron hardware including the Warabite handles and Sakata lock plates. 5 drawers provide generous storage and organization. Constructed using straight dovetail joinery and hardened wooden nails.

This is a finely potted Qing dynasty blue and white shallow dish. It has a pair of phoenix soaring in the sky. On the base it has a four character mark "Zhing Tang Fu Chi". This date the dish to the late Qing dynasty, possibly Guangxu period - late 19th century to early 20th century.
Generally in good condition. No chip, crack, hairline or repair. Only a pin hole as shown in picture no.4.
The diameter is 13.3cm and the height is 4.3cm.

This is an antique, Early 20th C., finely hand carved Japanese netsuke, made by Yukimasa (Tadami Uno), depicting a seldom seem version of a Fukura Suzuma or 'Tongue-cut Sparrow', with an elderly woman seated on the right wing of the bird, holding very tight to its neck, while carrying a pair of scissors on her right hand. Porcelain decorated with two dragon on the exterior and flower spray interior, glazed base with four character mark. PERIOD : Late Ming (1566-1643 AD) MEASUREMENTS: 17.7 cm wide, 7 cm tall. CONDITION: very good, a tiny fritting on the rim, no cracks, no hairlines and free from restorations. Good sound when tapping with finger tips.

A very rare Bronze Seal that was used as a pendant with an old glass bead. There are still remnants of the gold leaf surrounding the seal.
I judge it as a Han seal or earlier. I have never came across one like this before
Antique Tibetan gilt bronze figure of the Buddhist deity Kubera, lord of wealth, protector of the physical world. He lounges with piles of gold around him. In one hand he holds a mongoose, who is said to spit jewels. The mongoose shows rule over the Naga (malevolent snake people and guardians to vast treasure). Kubera is shown seated on his vehicle, a large beast atop a lotus pod throne.

Early 19th century Kyoto school netsuke of a seated shishi (Buddhist lion) hugging a large ball. Strong early piece, wonderful ferocious face, powerful oversized paws with beautifully defined claws, eyes are inlaid with brown horn, loose ball in its mouth. Excellent hairwork (see its mane and bushy tail), old age lines, deep differently sized himotoshi, beautiful wear and patina consistent with age, pleasantly fat, great sculpture. Height 1 5/8 inches.
This is Mutton-Fat White Jade Snuf Bottle of flattened, upright rectangular form with rounded, sloping shoulders, rounded neck, with a raised elongated oval footing. Undecorated, but, perfectly polished, and sporting a wonderful symmetry all around, and an even, near-flawless bright tone all throughout. Well-hollowed. It comes with a green jadeite flattened stopper. Its style is common of snuff bottles produced during the early 19th century...
