Antique Quanyin stone carving, the bodhisattva of compassion. She is seated upon a lotus throne with her legs crossed in the lotus position, her left hand holding a container, with her right hand performing the akash mudra or Buddhist hand gesture, increasing the space element within. She wears beautiful open robes with delicate patterns and a crown upon her head.

The bronze body absolutely delightful casted and additionally incised even in the smallest details. The beast modelled with a fierce expression portrayed by bulging eyes and bared teeth, with long curled mane and horns. The tail elegantly curved and detailed with finely incised lines. Description: A Ming porcelain water basin was in very good mood.
Well crackled in the glaze, this scholar item was supposedly being used for some time due to the residue of the paint.
It was heavily potted and owned a unique mood of rural scholar taste.

Antique Chinese pair of stone temple door supports with carvings of fu dogs, seated on tanggu (ceremonial drums) on large pedestals. Intricately carved detail with emblems of dragons and auspicious characters on the front of each pedestal. The smaller female fu dog on the left is carved with her mouth closed, while the larger male on the right has an open mouth. This is a typical depiction to represent the sacred mantra "om". Chinese Tang dynasty changsha ewer. 10 cm high. Ewer has chipped at the rim and glaze degradations because found from the river. Free from any repair.

Chinese Imari plate, late Kangxi to Yongzheng, early 18th century. Decoration of a fisherman and a pagoda in a mountainous seascape within diaper borders, all in underglaze blue and overglaze red and gilt. Diameter "9/ 23 cm. Condition: some roughness to the rim and small spots of wear to the well.

A superb quality very large pottery figure of a male attendant or official, dating to the earlier Ming Dynasty, 1400-1500 AD.

The figure is placed on a high hexagonal plint and wears a fine two-colour blue and turquoise glazed robe. The unglazed areas have pigmented colors in red, black and white. Finely painted facial details.

The head is attachable as often seen on the largest figures from this period.

Chinese Export Blue and White Porcelain Charger/platter, Qianlong period, 1736-1795, 12 3/4" diameter, 2" high, underglaze blue landscape design inside the fan in the center within four(4) sets of floral sprays decorated border terminated with brown rim. One(1) hairline about 2" long glaze hairline at 3 o'clock position, it is tight and not open hairline. This charger will make nice set with #1349149.
