A scarce specimen of a Danish Neolithic Axe with a pointed neck, dating to 3500-2500 BC.
This type of axe were one of the early developments from the from the primitive core axes of the hunters and gatherers. It is found alongside the thinbutted axes, and most finds are in the eastern parts of Denmark.

This is an antique ecclesiastical illustrated manuscript, in Latin, from earlier centuries, commonly called an "antiphonal" or simply an antique manuscript. A fine hardstone cyliner seal, Middle Assyrian Empire, 1363-912 BC.
The seal is carved in a matte-black stone and depicts a hunting scene with the great bending to shoot an arrow against a 4-legged animal, crescent above.
Size: 26-27 mm. tall and 11 mm. thick.
Condition: VF, intact with some wear and fine patination and micro deposits.

Rare Chinese Han Dynasty Painted Pottery Ladle / Bowl
This rare pottery vessel was made during the Western Han Dynasty (206 BC - AD 8). It is a large handled-bowl, or ladle. It is made from a fairly high-fired grey pottery with the inner surface cold-painted in red pigment. There is a recessed circular area in its centre.
Length 19.5 cm. It is in very good condition with no sign of restoration or repair. In places around the rim are "calcified" burial deposits.

Interesting and very rare pendant or finial of the Hittite period in Anatolia, c. mid 2nd. millenium BC.
The finial shaped with a bull head on top of another bull.
Size: 6 cm. long and 4,5 cm. tall.
Condition: Fine, earthern green patina, somewhat flaking at the edges, but sound enough.
Ex. Hafnia Coins inventory from c. 1990s.
This is cotton Furosiki used in Kyoto in the Edo era. It is thick, and this is good cotton of a good texture . This is dyed with an artistic portrait of a lion and Katazome of the peony pattern and a brown plain fabric. There is small holes and damage ,thin stains. However, the condition is good generally. Black-glazed dish of shallow form with thick wall, comprising a small offset between the rounded lip and the foot. Shallow rounded floor.
Warm brownish gloss with fingermarks around the base, where held during dipping. Black all over with reserved bottom.
Fine light beige clay, very much depurated and hard fired. Possibly of northern Campania production.

A Japanese Arita deep dish, early 19th century. The dish is decorated with Ho-o birds and branches of flowering paulownia. The back with clouds and bats and a single spur mark. The Dutch refer to this palette of red and gold on white porcelain as ‘Milk & Blood’.
There is the remains of a collectors mark on the back
Approximately 20 cm diameter. Perfect condition.

An amber colored vase with an etched and gilt “Oroplastic” frieze of Amazon warriors, the base facet cut. The Oroplastic decoration method was introduced by the Moser glass company around 1915. It became a great success, totally in line with the emerging Art Deco style. Signed Made in Czechoslovakia Moser Karlsbad. Height "3 ¾ / 9.5 cm. Condition: fine.
