Antique Japanese Bronze Warrior with upraised arm holding a Buddhist Bell Bowl and holding spear in other arm. Gold leaf on raised design. Very fine detail, good condition with small wear to gilt. On hardwood stand, bell taper inside bowl. Bronze figure is 17.5" High, with bowl 24" High, 30" High overall.

Exquisite bronze vase with a long, elegant neck, decorated with archaic motif. One of its sides has a small bird perched upon a branch with outspread wings, with mixed metal inlay including gold, silver, and shakudo. The other side shows two phoenixes mirroring each other, surrounded by beautiful floral designs. Signature on bottom. Meiji period (1867-1912) Size: 20" height, 9" width

Antique Japanese silver kanzashi, the upper design part is gold plated with finely engraved three oak leaves. *This was one of the most popular crests among the warrior samurai class particularily among close devotees of Shinto. This antique Tibetan purse would have been used as a costume ornament during festival. It is decorated with silver and bronze fittings and coral and turquoise stones. Passed from generation to generation, and used extensively, this piece shows it age. Such purses would have held precious coins and the occasional flint but would not be considered as a Tibetan "strike a light" because of the lack of the striker plate.

This antique copper reposse gau houses a picture instead of a clay tsa tsa which was common for a family gau. when the family could afford to do so, the picture would be replaced by a clay tsatsa. Curiously, this gau also houses 2 amulets, which were typically provided by a monk. The paper is very old and I am told it is bad Karma to unfold the amulet...

Lovely hinged old metal box with top depicting central figure of seated Quan Yin flanked with flying angels. All 4 sides of the box also have ornate filigree and stone work. Measures 7 x 3.5 x 1.25 inches. All metal work and stone work is intact but there are a few dents on the bottom of the box
