A well proportioned marquise diamond centers this platinum engagement ring and the center stone is flanked by a leaf design which is decorated by three single cut diamonds on either side. The center diamond that has I color and VS1 clarity weighs 0.46Ct and the approximate total weight of all diamonds is 0.60Ct. The ring is a size 7 ½ and can easily be sized.

This is the "Bar Braid Pin" by Hector Aguilar featured on page 150 of the book SILVER MASTERS OF MEXICO by Penny C. Morrill. She dates it circa 1940 and it is in 940 silver. Measuring 2 7/8" by 1/2", it weighs 13 grams and is in fine original condition. Signed as shown. One of his very famous designs.

A fine vintage 14K white gold bypass style diamond fashion ring, c 1940-1950. The top of each shoulder is set with three 2.4mm, round single cut diamonds that are Sl1-Sl2 in clarity and H-J in color. Centered, raised and prong set, are three modern round brilliant cut diamonds that measure 3.5mm, 3.7mm, and 3.5mm. All are the Sl clarity range and G-K in color. Sterling and onyx Mayan face pin by Fred Davis, Mexico, c.1947. Davis managed Sanborn's for 20 years during this period. See pg. 23 of The Little Book of Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks. So-called "chain mail" jewelry is not uncommon in the world of vintage Mexican silver. One can find them in all forms, with or without stones, and in all widths, signed by known maestros and by less-celebrated makers as well. There is something very slick about this design, its interwoven "mesh" inhabiting quite comfortably both the Art Deco and early modernist worlds. The necklace at hand is an example of the narrower versions but very well made and with good weight to it...

This Eisenberg sterling figural fur clip 2 3/4" square. The leaves and stem are covered in rhinestones. The center stone is 1 5/8" x 1 3/8" and has a yellowish tint to it.

This Norma sterling jelly belly grandma duck is 1 7/8" x 1.75" . It is hallmarked sterling,Norma and pat pend. It appears that Peninno worked for Norma. Lucite jelly bellies were copied from figurals originally done in gold and rock crystal.

A very fine, large vintage silver knifewing pin with multi stone inlay of spiny oyster, turquoise, jet and mother of pearl, circa 1940. Knifewing represents the Zuni god of war. This symbol was worn by warriors to protect them in battle, but also represents courage, honor, wisdom and strength. The pin measures 3 1/8" by 2 3/4" and weighs 35 grams. It is in fine original condition. The stones are free of chips or cracks. A beautiful example of vintage Zuni lapidary work.
