An elegant 18K yellow gold, Akoya pearl and diamond heart ring by Mikimoto. The diamond-studded heart is centered with a cluster of three 4.3-4.5mm pearls, graded as extra-fine AAA—the highest possible quality rating. They have fine luster and white body color with rosé overtones. The diamonds are E/VVS. The interior of the shank is stamped with Mikimoto's hallmark.

So-called "chain mail" jewelry is not uncommon in the world of vintage Mexican silver. One can find them in all forms, with or without stones, and in all widths, signed by known maestros and by less-celebrated makers as well. A large Etruscan style 18K gold fob/charm/pendant set with large dark blue topaz. We’ve never seen one of these charms set with deep blue gemstones before. This silver pin evokes the late Arts and Crafts era with its hammered-look surface and serpentine vines, though it is definitely later. A vintage sterling silver parure by Margot de Taxco, (Margot Van Voorhies Carr), design number 5127, in a classic design.

Necklace measures 15 3/4" long with the central pendant measuring 1 1/2" high and 2 1/2" across. The central pendant can be detached and worn as a brooch. The pin part is missing and would have to be replaced. The part of the catch that swings over to hold the pin in place is also missing. The necklace has a box clasp that holds securely.

This stunning retro-style find features a hand carved authentic Italian 18x 24 millimeter oval pink shell cameo. The intricate portrait carving is set in a 14 karat yellow gold ring. A pretty 18K yellow gold pendant in a shape that suggests a pair of wings, each set with rose cut diamonds. The design is completed with an additional diamond at the top in a buttercup setting. The pendant was likely fashioned from a larger piece of jewelry that was no longer fashionable. The reverse is stamped with a goldsmith’s mark and also with the Birmingham date mark for 1849. The focus of this studio necklace is the central drop of translucent banded agate, suspended by a chain of hand-forged links.
