A fine Victorian 14K yellow gold watch fob pendant featuring a 23.5-carat oval brilliant cut amethyst nested in the coiled tail and wings of a ferocious dragon. Dated 1856, 18k yellow gold ring with the front engraved in a floral pattern. Beautifully done, and in great condition. The front of the band is wider, measuring 8.2 mm and it tapers in the back to 3 mm. The ring size is an 8.5 and the overall weight is 5.8 grams. The bold design of this cuff features Viking influences, with embossed traditional patterns on an oxidized background. A classic pair of Edwardian cufflinks by Krementz worked primarily in 14K yellow gold. Each face is formed from a carved mother-of-pearl disc set in an engraved platinum border and centering a cabochon blue sapphire. The sapphires, though small, have good blue color that nicely accents the irisdescent surfaces of the surrounding mother-of-pearl. The connectors are marked “14K” and have Krementz’ hallmark. This sterling silver buckle features translucent (plique a jour) enamel in a floral motif. These sash buckles with plique are quite unusual. The enamel is red, green, and two shades of blue. This is a spectacular and very rare hand-wrought necklace from Margot van Voorhies Carr / Margot de Taxco, featuring superb repoussé silver work. Opposing Chinese dragons are at the center of this piece, which measures a closed, wearable length of 15 1/2". A variation of this necklace is shown in Penny C. Morrill's book "Margot Van Voorhies: The Art of Mexican Enamelwork".

This wonderful stylish antique 14Kt yellow and white gold onyx and diamond ring dates back to the roaring twenties. The 10 X 8 millimeter rectangular onyx is centered by a bezel set approximately 0.10Ct very bright old-mine diamond. The filigree work on the sides and the top part of the shank is exceptional. The ring is a size 4 ½ and it can easily be sized.

A delicate Edwardian 14K yellow gold bangle bracelet set with square cut amethysts and pearls. The gemstones are separated by openwork gold in an interlaced heart pattern that lends a very lacy quality The use of amethyst is somewhat uncommon in a bangle from this period. A vintage pair of three dimensional sterling silver pierced earrings, each formed from a single bent and flattened sterling wire with a pearl accent by modernist jeweler, Russell Secrest, (1935-2010).

Beautiful Bakelite necklace of graduated smooth round beads simluating cherry amber, with a hidden screw barrel clasp. Tests positive for Bakelite and guaranteed old and original. Circa 1925 and probably German. The beads range in size from 17 mm to 7 mm in diameter. It weighs 46 grams. Outstanding late Art Nouveau Continental silver cufflinks with a wonderful design of a gold spider sitting in her niello web. The workmanship and design is quite original and accomplished. The backs are marked with unidentified Continental (possibly German) marks, including the jeweler’s mark “HF”.

Origin: Europe, circa 1900. Condition: excellent, all original, no enamel damage. Size: 27/32” x 15/32”. Weight: 5.5 grams.

The flowers appear to be floating in air on your wrist. The leaves balance the underside. All of this is orchestrated by a simple twisted wire frame. There is great depth with the construction of each flower. The beauty of this cuff is displayed in 2 inches of height and 7inches wearable length including the gap of just under one inch. An attractive 800 silver and Baltic amber ring, the oval cabochon amber in a silver setting reminiscent of Jensen’s designs from the 1930s. The amber is natural has not been quench-crackled. The back of the shank is signed with an unidentified maker’s mark and has Polish hallmarks for 800 silver.
