A charming and intriguing bracelet by Japanese designer and jeweler Miye Matsukada (1922-1981). She worked from her store on Newbury St. in Boston from 1950 until her death. The links appear to have design influence from her country of origin. Measuring 7" end to end , it is 1/2" wide and weighs 19 grams. It is in fine original condition and signed as shown. A very delicate and lovely bracelet.

A smaller version of the iconic brutalist bracelet designed by Matti Hyvarinen for Sirokoro. It measures 7" x 1/2" (width) and weighs 35 grams. Marked MJH 925 U7(1973) along with a mark for Turku.

Measuring a size 4 on a ring sizer, this delicate sterling silver ring is an unusual estate find that is approximately 40 years old and said to have been purchased by the original owner in a scrimshaw shop on the coast of Maine.

Marked "STERLING 9" on the back, this ring features a very delicately etched trio of blue flowers. The ring is also initialed "W" by the artist on the lower front of the ivory- an exceedingly tiny signature!

This impressive necklace bears the mark of jewelry designer Jacob Hull and the firm Buch and Deichmann, of Bagsvaerd, Denmark (1969-1980). Hull worked primarily in high quality silverplate, producing innovative designs of fine workmanship. A pair of elegant sterling silver and diamond earrings with the woven design is pave set with 104 diamonds. The pave center is encircled by a vermeil (gold on silver) frame. The 16 millimeter square earrings have posts and omega backs for a safe closure. The approximate total weight of all diamonds is 0.52 Ct.

A vintage modernist pendant by Jens Ib. Bluitgen, who was head of the design workshop of Georg Jensen from 1953-1961 before going out on his own. Made in Denmark. Three lightly hammered sterling curved shields with an oxidized dark patina suspended from a sterling heart shaped neck ring.

The pendant is marked 925S for Sterling, IB for the maker and Denmark. Measures 4" long and 1 1/8" at the widest. The pendant has some minor wear to the finish on the front and tarnish on the back...

Here is a hand-constructed cuff bracelet made of multiple wires that are joined at the terminals and kept in place by horizontal rings. The wires look to be silverplated; the rings and soldered terminals are white metal. The cuff has a good heft (56 grams) and an impressive look. It is also well balanced, so doesn't turn on the wrist. It measures a little over 1 inch wide and 5/8 inch high with an inner circumference of about 7 ¼ inches.

Composed of flattened square links with rounded corners, this Scandinavian bracelet is classic, with a modernist edge. It's well constructed, with connecting rings that are securely soldered closed and a hook clasp. It shows marks for the assay city of Lahti and the year 1971; there is an unidentified maker’s mark of ANR. The bracelet measures 7 ¾ inches long and 5/8 inch wide. Weight: 12.2 grams

This interesting openwork bronze pin is formed as a stylized horse and is based on ancient Nordic design. It has a lacquered finish to preserve the surface color of the bronze. The back has a secure curled C-clasped and the mark of Finnish maker Koravala Koru. The name of Suomussalmi, a region in Finland, is inscribed on the back as well. The pin measures 2 inches long by about 1 ¾ inches high at the ear.

This pink coral fish pendant is 1" long without the bale and 1/4" wide. Nice carving!

An absolutely splendid vintage sterling, 14k and deep red coral cuff bracelet by Frank Patania Jr. It comes with its original box with the Frank Patania Thunderbird logo on it. Measuring 5 3/4" around in the inside plus an additional 1" opening, it is 1" wide and weighs 84 grams. It is in fine original condition and signed a shown. From the same Florida estate as the Danish malachite pendant, this is a another expertly hand crafted signed Danish sterling pendant with a wonderful orbital rutilated quartz. It measures 1 5/8" long and 1" wide. It is in fine original condition and could be worn on a chain or thin neck ring. Signed IU 925S and Handmade in Denmark. The stone is fascinating and perfect for this solid setting.

This handmade wide band ring features a random design of molten drops on a textured surface. The irregular band shape has an upturned edge along the top, where the opposite edge comes to a rounded point. It bears the post-1967 Italian mark for silver, hallmarked for the city of Siena; the hallmark is double-struck, so the maker's number could read 722, 712 or something similar. The maker's signature is partially obscured, so that the first initial 'S.' is clear, as is the end of the name, 'gli.'...

The outer band shows either a partially obscured mark for sterling or a maker’s mark. It has an 8-inch inner circumference, and is 3/16 inch wide.
