Unusual set of Oribe small bowls in fish form, all signed on base with oval Oribe mark, the bases with crosshatching designs, the flowing glaze of green, tan, and rosy red hues. Measure 5" wide and 2 3/4" deep, 1 1/2' high. All roughly the same size, each with wonderful Oribe glaze of green over buff colored body, the green appearing with blue hints, most with the contrasting rosy red on the interiors and sides. Large Chinese low bowl painted in blue hues against a white ground with a bluish hue. This bowl features two deer, the male and female under a large tree. The underside of the bowl has three evenly spaced sprigs. The base and rim have been left unglazed. Unmarked.

Japanese netsuke of a priest; natural material; nice patina and good condition

Vintage Chinese silver with gold wash and enamel pendant in a form of a running dog with its tongue sticking out and balancing a ball on its nose. Very well made, excellent depiction of its fur, in excellent condition. Weight 2.6 grams, length 1.28 inches.

The Kuchi are the nomadic and semi-nomadic people of Afghanistan. This cushion was made from a traditional Kuchi textile and has burgundy velvet on the reverse with cording along the edges. The embroidery is intricate ladder stitch and button hole stitch, with cotton thread and metallic braiding throughout. Condition is great. It measures 44 x 64 cm. Estimated age mid to late 20th century.

Reddish brown sack mask to which are fastened three gourds, one on top and one over each ear, and painted reddish brown. Rag ruff. Kilt made from a woman's old dress. Body painted with red-brown clay. He carries a feather and a rattle. Koyemsi is the most common Hopi clown. He appears in Mixed Katsina Dances and sometimes a group of Koyemsi appear in a dance of their own. At First Mesa they are said to sing Zuni songs. Length 3 1/8" X Width at the shoulders 1"

The figure is of lord Krishna's father Vasudeva this piece was once part of the temple structure and has been repainted countless times the paint showing now seems to be enamel. Helmet mask with three faces, Ekoi, Cross River, Nigeria.  Height 62 cm. Mid 20th century. Partly covered with antelope skin. The headdress and the three figures are attached on (partly new) wooden pins and can easily be removed for transport. There is old rodent damage to the figures. A Chinese Yixing Teapot, Qing Dynasty. Length approximately 19.4 cm (the tipspout to the handle) and height 15 cm. Few tiny chips at the rim of the teapot and oval-shaped grip on the cover is glued. Good condition.

Pair of lacquered wooden panels inlaid with jade and soapstone. The first is decorated with antiques, the second with foliage and birds. The sculptures are of very good quality. The wooden frames as well as the lacquered backs are late 20th century but we believe that parts were recovered from older broken furniture and were reused here, as can be seen with the small wooden panels decorated with bats and mother-of-pearl inlays that are 19th century or earlier...

Chinese set of two oxbow chairs and rectangular stand, made of extremely heavy and dark hardwood possibly zitan, carved with filigree, mid 20th century. Size of chairs: 39" high x 30" wide x 23 1/2" deep. Size of stand: 29" high x 15 1/4" wide x 20" deep.

Chinese monochrome yellow Peking Glass brush pot. Historically, many pieces of Peking glass were made with yellow glass (dubbed "Imperial Yellow") due to the colors' strong association with the Qing Imperial clan of Aisin Gioro. The glass was commonly used in vases and brush pots where it was used to imitate the harder to work jade and other precious stones.
