Rare Ceramic stirrup spout vessel with seated Scorpio. Moche Culture, Peru, 100 BC to 700 AD.

A superb vessel in very good intact condition. A Scorpio is seated on top of the vessel and from it's back, the stirrup handle evolves.

A substantial and impressive glass bottle, Roman Empire, 1st.-3rd. cent. AD.

The bottle in dark green glass with a globular body, long neck and folded round lip. The piece with an exceptional thick silver irridescence!

Roman Rod formed miniature glass vessels, 3rd.-4th. century AD

Size: ca. 23-29 mm. tall each.

Condition: 6 intact, 3 with minor repairs to the handles.

Provenance: These small vessels comes in a variety of forms and colors, and first appear in the archaeological record around the mid-3rd Century AD. Production seems to have begun in the broader Syria / Palestine area, though examples have been found over a very wide area, including western Europe.

A large and impressive bronze seal with Zoomorphic handle in the shape of two bird heads, early 1st. mill. BC.

The seal very large - 5 cm. tall and weighing 56 grams. Its cast with two heads and a loop between them. The seal being round and engraved with a single symbol.

Condition: Superb, exceptional red and green patina.

A puzzling piece made in patinated bronze or silver. The alloy is very white, so it could be silver too. Luristan, 1st. millenium BC. The piece is perhaps a horsebit or horse-equipment. It's decorated with two rams heads on each side of a long pole that has two bases.

A very large and superb quality bronze figure of Shou Lao, the God Of Longetivity, also called the undying, China, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644 AD).

The bronze figure with the well-known features of Shou Lao, in a wonderful Ming Dynasty style. The Stick and hand was cast seperately to the figure, and afterwards mounted as was costum during Ming Dynasty with the more difficult casting processes. A filled casting flaw on the back is also from the time of the making and typical for the period...

An Early Silver Beaker, North European, Baroque period, dated 1701.

A beautiful engraved and large beaker with an extrafine decoration, consisting of vertical lines, framed with double concenthric lines on the body; with two beautifully engraved Floral medallions and another central medallion, engraved with P.F.S.S / Z.F.D.S and below the inscription with 1704. Stamped with three symethrically placed stamps in the bottom.

Very large and Early Silver Beaker, North European, Baroque period, dated 1701.

Perhaps misleading to call this large Baroque Silver vessel, a beaker, it could be used as a vase. A beautiful engraved vessel with dotted decoration on the body and with a central medallion engraved with CFS:BRD and below the dating 1701. A double concenthric line to the rim which is engraved with the letters P:L:A:M:B.

A rare and absolutely stunning Silver beaker, Northern Europe, possible made as a birth gift, dated 1706.

The beaker very attractive and with a partucularly fine dotted decoration of the body, initialized with the letters PRS:OBL and the dating 1706 below, all in a round medallion. There's two other medallions with floral engravings in symethric intervals on the body.

Museum Quality massive pottery Horseman, dating to the Ming Dynasty (1364-1644 AD).
