A lovely Jiaqing period floral dish, decorated with good-quality bright enamels. Possibly a birthday dish, as there is a bat (good fortune) and peach (longevity) in the dish center.
Condition: good antique condition, with two rim chips and some fleabites to the foot rim.
Dramatic pair of large Chinese porcelain baluster form vases with green dragons, light green dragons on one side, dark green dragons on the other, a band of scrolling vines at the base, the necks are decorated with bats and clouds, the rim with birds and flowers, each has two blue dragon handles, Dao Guang 19th century. Size of each: 28 1/2" high
A rare pair of underglaze blue and white decorated porcelain jars. Jingdezhen ware from the Transitional period between the Xuande and the Chenghua period ( 1436 - 1465 ) Decorated in the for that period typical so called " Windswept Style ".
It is very rare to find one Ming jar that still has it´s original lid. To find a pair of Ming jars that still do have their original lids ( and in a condition like this ) is a definitely very rare event.

A warm grained Meiji Period (1868 - 1912) two piece Yonezawa Isho Tansu (clothing chest from Yonezawa) finely constructed of pine (matsu) and highly desirable paulownia (kiri). 42 x 34 x 16 inches (107 x 86 x 41 cm). Very Good Condition. This chest is from Shonai, a region of Yonezawa that makes chests that are highly prized for their combination of understated Japanese design with a sense of tradition.

Gorgeous Japanese Meiji Period Tetsubin. Mushroom shaped with a canopy of a bamboo riveted back drop with flower, leaf and bird ornamentation. Wonderful detail, lid has a small bird on top for nob, as well as a bird on back of handle. Short spout. Tall, sturdy handle.
