This Qing Dynasty scroll is a kossu woven silk tapestry (kesi is the Japanese term) meticuliously depicts the famous Chinese painting scroll by Ding Yunpeng called The White Horse Carrying Sutras. The original painting was done in 1625 and illustrates the story of the 2 monks who traveled through Western China with a white horse carrying the Buddhas Scriptures. The original hangs in the National Palace Museum (Forbiddon City in TaiPei).

The kossu textile is in excellant condition...

A very decorative vase. Nice very well potted Gu shape, the white glazed body finely and brightly enamelled with a leafy floral decoration. Qing Dynasty, Yongzheng Period ( 1723 - 1735 ) H : 24,2 cm. Condition : One very old chip to the base which can be seen on the last enlargement and there is a re-paint to the pink colored rim ( maybe to cover a insignificant rim fritting). Further is the piece in perfect condition ( no crack, nice glaze and enamels )

Bowl is in good condition with small damage at the rim covered / restored, porcelain with high ping sound with finger tip.

A good Song Yuan longquan celadon large bowl, rounded side with deep center and glazed base, bowl decorated with 35 carved raising lotus petal motif at the exterior, covered with good green glaze. Bowl is in good condition with small glaze fritt at the rim covered, no chip, no crack, minor crackled at glaze surface, porcelain with high ping sound with finger tip.

A rare Song - Yuam dynasty longquan celadon blue green large bowl, rounded side with deep center and unglazed base, bowl has very rare rim shape and covered with good bluish green glaze, good porcelain with high ping sound with finger tip.
Bowl is in good condition with small chip and asociate hairline covered / restored, very rare rim shape.
Size: 21.5 cm diameter.

This massive white jade (nephrite) carving of a brush washer is 6 ½” long, 4” wide and 1 ¾” thick. It is a late 19th century or early 20th century product. It depicts a large Buddha hand citron surround by some smaller citron, peach and pomegranate; one little monkey rests on the side. Aside from some natural blemishes on the bottom, it is in excellent condition.

Antique Chinese Qing Dynasty 19th century Han woman's robe embroidered with peonies, orchid & chrysantemums, peaches, "Buddha's Hand", butterflies, etc, together with matching sleeves on mid-night blue silk ground, some embroideries executed in forbidden stitch ; Collar and edge border are embroidered flowers, bats, various kind of birds & endless knots; the robe is backed with light brown floral brocaded lining. A set of Fred Harvey silver coffee pot and creamer. Early-mid twentieth century. The coffee pot has an embossed sunburst design on the side, and a working hinged lid. Each item is engraved on the bottom: the coffee pot reads, "Fred Harvey; International Silver Co.; 09-01; 48 oz; 71 [boxed in]", the creamer reads, "International Silver Co.; Fred Harvey; 89 004 1 08; 74 [boxed in]". Antique Chinese pair of small bowls, beautifully carved out of green jade, very simple with only a tiny band of decoration in a key fret motif around the outer rim, intricate carved cartouche on bottom, very thin so light shines through, possibly 19th century. This is Indigo dye cotton dotyugi coat of the Edo era(1800-1868). It is made of hand-spun and hand-woven and natural indigo dyed cotton. It is katazome, and, as for the lining, the motif of the plover is very beautiful. It has a few thin stains. However, as a whole it is in very good condition. size:111cm x 126cm (43.7" x 49.6")
