An authentic Tang pottery horse and rider who is holding some kind of musical instrument. The horse and rider are covered with the remaining white slip that all original Tang pottery should have. Two very rare foo dogs that served as joss stick holders, done in the famille jaune palette. These date to the pre-1891. They are in very good antique condition, save some minimal lost of enamel glaze and a short hairline on the backside of the holder of one of the foo dogs which is clearly pictured, this can be easily restored...

Small cabinet with drawers in precious wood. It opens with a sliding door revealing 3 drawers. The door is inlaid with silver threads depicting the Chinese character "Shou" meaning longevity, the other panels are inlaid with a simple silver thread. This small cabinet with a simple shape is made of very hard wood with a dense grain, almost black in color with red reflections. It is probably some kind of rosewood, perhaps red sandalwood, called zitan in China...

This early 20th century Chinese ceramic carved white brush holder is 5 ¼” high and 3 ¾” in diameter. It depicts a tiger standing on top of mountain surround by far away mountains, pine trees and bamboo. There are peony and small chrysanthemums beneath the tiger and a lucky bat is flying on the top. The seal of the maker, Chen Guo Zhi, is carved on the bottom. Chen Guo Zhi (1821~1861) was a well known artist...

This Hongshan jade circle amulet/pendant/tailsman/ring is from Northeastern China and is 1 5/8" long and 5/16" wide. Size 10 ring. The surface has been cleaned by buffing from a modern finder to accent the quality of the material which removed some of the original surface and left machine buffing marks, but it is an authentic, high quality piece. The jade is translucent and the carving was very difficult to achieve. It has wonderful patina. It dates to 6700BP-4900BP...

A Yuan dynasty (1277-1367) ewer with wide splayed mouth and incised handle set opposite the sprout applied with black and brownish glaze falling short of the foot.

Only minor abrasion, no chip, crack, repair or restoration. The ewer is In good condition.

This tea pot is inscribed with Chinese characters on one side, and has a bamboo motif incised on the opposite side. The handle and spout are sculpted to represent knotty tree limbs, and the lid is carved with leaves and stems. The maker's seal is impressed on the interior of the lid. It is in good condition and was acquired from my grandmother's antique shop in the mid 1960s.

A small Peking glass vase done on a white base with polychrome color enamel decorated on the surface. The vase is invoking fencai porcelains and the motifs and patterns used on the vase are often seen in porcelains. The vase contains two views of literati scholar like figures, one contemplating and another reading a book. Age: Qian Long mark but most likely 19th century. Size: Diameter 3.75" Height 7.5"

A Chinese jade carved as a gourd with trailing foliage. The stone is of mottled celadon hue and the carving is well detailed and tactile. age: 19 C. SIZE: 1 6/8 INCHES X 1 1/2 INCHES X 6/8 INCHES thickness. ( 4.5cm x 4 x 2.3 thickness). Condition: excellent, no damage.

Delicately carved round jade box with scene of duck and duckling in a pond. There is a rectalinear border. It measures 2.25" wide by 1.5" tall.

Chinese late Ming dynasty Wanli period porcelain kendi with a compressed globular body and mammiform spout decorated on the globular body in underglaze cobalt blue with flowers and scrolling foliage. Leafy peaches and ribboned lozenges decorate the spout and a band around the shoulder. The tubular neck, which flares to a wide disk shaped mouth, is painted with a stiff leaf band. The base is glazed and the foot rim is unglazed. Measures about 7 1/8" high x 6 1/2" diameter. Early 17th century...

Rare Song dynasty Qingbai Hutian plate with dragon motif, good condition with short line at the rim and small glaze fritts no restoration very rare with large chi dragon motif, please see picture for detail, size: 17 cm diameter.

Chinese multi stand coral beaded necklace. The small beads are a wonderful red coral color and are secured with bone beads at the top of the stands.
