Western Jin (ca.300 A.D.) style Chinese bronze incense burner. Probably a later production. A boy is riding on a legendary animal (a turtle body with dragon or Qilin head). An archaic style jar with crackle-glaze and simulated metal mounts depicticting a Scholar / Musician with a Servant carrying a Qin (string instrument). This item was made in the late 19th Century for export, possibly during the reign of the Tongzhi emperor (1862-1874) when this style was first introduced. A gilt bronze belt hook unusually cast with a bat's head to the centre and with a dragon head terminal. This item was made either during the early Western Han Dynasty or the late Warring States period of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty - circa 3rd to 4th Century BC. This very well made 19th C. Chinese silver inlaid bronze incense burner is 2 7/8” high, 4 ½” wide (with handles is 7” wide). Its two handles are formed in the shape of beast heads. Two silver inlaid “Qi Lin” rising from ocean and surrounded by fire and clouds appear on either side of the piece. It has an unusual dragon mark on the bottom. It is in excellent condition.

A Song/Yuan Qingbai Jar with Four Lugs. Height approximately 9 cm and diameter approximately 10.6 cm. Decorated with flowers, plants, a band of bottons and curve lines. Few crackles glaze at the jar. Few hairlines around the base. A firing crack below the shoulder. Good condition.

A beautiful 18th C. Chinese Qianlong period blue and white dish, in excellent condition. D:6" Marked.

This very well carved and designed Japanese ivory okimono is 5 ¾ inches high, 2 ¼ inches wide and 1 ¾ inches deep (measure from the base). It depicts a Buddha standing on the back of a dragon which is rising from an ocean wave. It has great patina. There is a red maker’s mark on the bottom. Aside from an old loss which had been re-carved and polished, it is in excellent condition.

A Yuan Longquan Celadon Jar with Dragon Decoration. Diameter approximately 8.5 cm and height approximately 7.4 cm. There is an original chip at the rim. Few chips at the base. Good condition.
