A nice rare scalloped Liao plate, boldly incised with blossoms and leaves, under a cream and bright leaf green and amber glaze. Comes with a certificate from the Chinese Government Auction House. Size: Diameter. 13.5cm. Condition: A broken piece at the rim that was glued back on probably at the site. It is almost invisible on the front of the plate. See photos.

Covered box decorated with mandarin duck and water weeds on the cover, box decorated with floral, glazed base. PERIOD : Wanli (1563 – 1620 AD) MEASUREMENTS: 8.5 cm wide. CONDITION: no chips, cracks, or hairlines and free from restorations.

Miniature shrine, or zushi, with figure of Bishamonten, carved in wood.
Bishamon stands on a demon that is lying on a rock. In his left hand he holds a pagoda and in the right a short staff or stick. Behind his head a gilt metal flaming mandorla. The garment of Bishamonten is decorated in gold paint, the crown and mandorla made of gilt copper.
The inside of the doors decorated with waribishi (diamond) pattern...

Antique Japanese pair of shokudai (candle sticks) for butsudan. Made of bronze and decorated with unusual silver crest. Each with small animal head handles on either side. Nice weight and patination.

A Japanese Hirado Mikawachi Ware water dropper in the form of a puppy. The white porcelain dog is decorated with brown and blue spots on its body and brown highlights on his eyes, ears, and tail. The underside of the puppy is incised to show the legs, feet, and belly hair, and it has not been glazed. The puppy measures about 2 3/4" long x 1 1/4" high, and dates to the mid 19th Century. (Reference MCMCA M.2005,79.10) The condition is excellent with minor wear to the bottom...

This is a fine Famille Rose Figural Molded Porcelain Snuff Bottle, of Bulbous Rectangular with rounded shoulders, with a rounded neck decorated with a Leiwen border, a rounded form green lip, and a raised rounded rectangular base...

Cracle green glaze covered to foot rim. Decorated with incised decoration. Glaze base with 'chicken heart'. Song Dynasty Width = 10.5 cm; Height = 5 cm Condition : no chips, cracks, hairlines and free from restorations.

Small Chinese Ming natural Celadon finished dish with ribbed interior with fluted flange. Excellent condition with natural patina consistent with age.
Celadon is a term for pottery denoting both wares glazed in the jade green celadon color, also known as greenware (the term specialists now tend to use, and a type of transparent glaze, often with small cracks, that was first used on greenware, but later used on other porcelains...

A wood image depicting a Daoist Exorcist riding a horse, holding the Seal for the control of evil forces on his right hand and the bowl with purifying water on his left hand. He wears the typical long Tao robe and crown shape hat. On the back of statue, there is a covered niche for the storage of prayer rolls. Wood with colours with very good details. China, Late Qing Dynasty. H. 32,5 x L 19 x W 11cm. Good condition.

A rare Yuan dynasty Qingbai glaze figure of stand Guanyin. No chips, cracks, or hairlines and free from restorations. size: 11 cm height.

Chinese rose medallion porcelain vase with with 2 dragons. Colors are rich and vibrant. Dating Early Republic it is in excellent condition with just a little expected wear to the gold and measures a little over 6.5 inches high by 3.5" diameter.

Japanese Satsuma Earthenware Koro, Incense Burner, on Tripod feet and two(2) Elephant Handles, signed "Senzan", Ca. Meiji period 1910, 5" high include Foo Dog top, 6 1/4" wide include 2 handles, ladies and Gentlemen in Japanese traditional clothes within several circles between multiple bands of flowers, Gold Foo Lion knob and 3 heart shape openings on top. The condition is good except tiny frit inside the rim on the bottom piece.
