Antique Chinese bronze censor in the form of a snarling foo dog sitting upright, holding a xiu qui ball in his front paws attached to a long tassel. Antique Tibetan bronze figure of the Buddhist deity Kubera, lord of wealth, protector of the physical world. He lounges with piles of gold around him. In one hand he holds a mongoose, the enemy of the Naga (malevolent snake people and guardians to vast treasure), and a sweet morsel in his other. This form of Kubera is very well hand-cast with natural wear and patina.

Superb early Peking glass snuff bottle, Chinese dating to 1760-1780.
Bubble-suffused glass bottle of compressed globular form with translucent red overlay. The lip is flat, and the base has a thick oval foot ring that has been carved to reveal the slightly convex shape of the body. Old gilt stopper with no pin inside.

A Chinese Yixing stoneware incense burner in the form of Budai, laughing as usual, grasping a small pile of cash. The stoneware has been attractively enameled with flowers and a Shou medallion decorates his back. The base has an impressed maker’s mark. 19th century.
The incense burner is in two parts, Budai sits on a large cushion, this base features a pierced disc for the insertion of joss sticks.

It is 27.2 inches (69.1 cm) long by 1.7 inches (4.4 cm) wide and the blade is 20.6 inches (52.3 cm) in length by 1.1 inches (2.8 cm) wide. It is 1.5 lb.
It is missing a handle. The saya has stains, surface wears, and scratches. The blade has rust, flea bite chips, oxidation, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

17th Century Tibetan Padmasambhava Thangka, 24.25 x 18 inches, 61.5 x 45.5 cm. Most of these thangka were photographed through glass frames, so there may be a little blurriness. This thankga was in an exhibition at the University of Texas Art Museum.

This is Dramatic Hagoromo Motif kabuki Uchikake kimono in the late Edo period.(1800-1867)
It all is expressed with embroidery. It is wonderful beautiful uchikake kimono.
It does not have a stain. It has few small small holes in lining cloth. It has the portion from which slight embroidery separated. However, it is not conspicuous. Its design is bold and artistic! It is really an wearable art!
