Hardware is made of brass and includes a chased brass square lock plate with double happiness characters. Doors open to reveal a large compartment for storage. Antique Korean bandaji (blanket storage) chest made with mirrored persimmon wood panels and hardware of brass and iron. The door of the chest is hinged and opens downward to reveal a large storage compartment. The inside of the compartment is outfitted with small drawers in the back and shelves on the sides in an unusual and clever configuration.

Also included are the 5 Columbia river gem points that are listed on this site for $10,000 including the only precious opal point from Oregon known to exist. Lovely maiden of bronze holding basket of sea life including octopus and walking with sandals, signed with rectangular cartouche reading 誠谷作, Seiya saku. That would point to Genryūsai Seiya (源龍斎誠谷). Realistic Tokyo School bronze dating from the Meiji Period (1868-1912). With natural burl wood base.

Chinese late Qing to early Republic period rosewood multi-tiered display stand carved with bamboo-form supports holding seven shelves for displaying objects. Carved bamboo leaf details are in the bottom corners. Early 20th century. 30" high x 19 3/4" wide x 10" deep. Very good overall condition. There are some separations from our dry climate and a few minor scratches, but the stand seems quite stable. From the Scottsdale estate of a former antique dealer.

This beautiful bone weaving tool is from the central coast area of Peru. It is from the Chancay culture. 800AD-1200AD. It has a carved pelican and jaguar on the knuckle. It is 6 3/4" long and has nice polish. It is a no-brainer. I purchased it from HD Enterprises on October 12, 1989.

This pre-Columbian Chancay bone flute is from the central coast area of Peru, 800AD-1200AD. It is 6" long and has four holes on the top and one on the bottom. The knuckle is carved with a very nice frog and two serpents/snakes along the sides. It is in beautiful, solid condition with superb patina. A real no-brainer. I purchased it on October 12, 1989 from HD Enterprises.
