A Chinese gilt silver handled cup decorated with carved birds and vine motifs. Late Qing Dynasty. The cup is in excellent condition, please refer to photos for details. Height: 2-1/2"; diameter: 2-7/8".
With gold painted lines simulating veins. The lines outside in low relief. The celadon glaze has a nice colour. There are 5 spur marks to the base.
In the collection of the British Museum there is a cup of similar form ( it´s base as well with 5 spur marks ) that is dated to the Kangxi period, Jingdezhen ware. ( Museum Number : PDF, A. 516 )

Finely cast, with nice details, miniature statue of bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, standing on a lotus base, his left hand holding what seems to be a gourd. Bronze, with encrusted reddish green patina, with traces of the original gilding. China, Tang Dynasty. Height: 5.6 cm. The statue is nicely mounted on a custom wood stand. Good condition.

A Han style (maybe of the period) white jade cicada in simple design and carved with clean lines showing superior craftsmanship. We date it Qing Dynasty or earlier, but it was probably from Han Dynasty. Condition: there are some calcification on the tip of the wings, which caused some tiny chips; some age veins on the lower part of the cicada (please see photo #4 and #5 for details). Length: 7 cm; width: 3.5 cm.
Japanese bronze sculpture of a coiling dragon, holding a clear quartz crystal ball in its raised claw. The foot is cast with the two character seal of the artist.

A Vietnamese 15th century blue and white large yuhuchun vase with bird motif, good condition with part of the rim has been damage restored, size: 31 cm height.
Mosaic glass pendant in the shape of a bearded head, surmounted by a large loop for attachment to a necklace. Phenicia, or Carthage, archaic period, 350 to 200 B.C. Height: 6.1 cm. Barely visible old accident, superbly restored, otherwise very good condition. NOTE: similar pendants are shown in the Antique Glass Collection of the Louvre Museum in Paris.
