Gorgeous Rare Japanese single section isho tansu (clothing chest) from Sado Island, made of kiri (paulownia) wood with translucent reddish orange lacquer finish, fantastic iron hardware including large and elaborate lockplates featuring phoenixes, safe door open to two small drawers, Meiji Period (circa late 1800's). Size: 44 1/2" high x 45 1/2" wide x 17 3/4" deep.
A large and unusual double knopped multiple spiral air twist (MSAT) wine goblet of Low Countries origin. The generous bell bowl has a highly uncommon folded rim, and a solid base with enclosed tear, beneath which is a ball knop with multiple tears. Beneath this an inverted baluster knop surmounts the stem, all with the multiple spiral air twist...
An elegant and wonderfully proportioned Dutch glass; soda metal with a bell bowl above a shoulder-knopped double series opaque twist comprised of a central gauze with 4 outer spiral threads.
Excellent condition with some minor nibbling in one section to the underside of the foot, not visible from the top

Its very unusual to find a complete parlor set in perfect condition. This American Victorian seven piece set is one of those rare finds. Made of solid walnut, circa 1880, it is in original condition with the exception of new upholstery with tufting that is of the period and is perfect to put in any home...
Lovely handpainted Sevres plate of cherubs in a garden. Artist sighed S. Poiterie (?). Writing is hard to read. With a pink border heavily decorated in gold, this plates measures 9 1/2" diameter and is in perfect condition.
This is Song Dynasty (960 – 1276) yingqing jar with cover. The motif on top of the cover is moulded. On the body, just below the neck, on the shoulder, it is incised with what looks like S-shaped sunray, on the centre part of the body, it is incised with lotus flowers and foliage and at the lower part towards the base, it is incised with upright leaf lappets.
Some minor abrasions. There are no chip, crack, restoration or repair...
