Exceptional Type 10 Mezcala Figure. 5 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" CA. 1500-300 B.C. This very mint gray stone figure has no modern day chips or marks, it does have the classic upper top of the head fracture area. This figure has a very nice plumpness to it. It comes with a custom made black metal stand. Mineral and root marks over all.

Dramatic Antique Japanese tall ishidoro - stone temple garden lantern, carved all of granite in 6 sections. The lotus base is carved so that it is still connected to the natural rock. The lantern section is similar in style to a hanging lantern with it's curling warabite corner roof and pointed finial over a hollow area for light. The sides of this portion of the lantern are carved in relief with deer and clouds...

Antique Japanese copper censer with handles. The pierced copper lid has a repousse design of a dragon in swirling storm clouds with lightening. The body of the censer is hammered copper and has two warabite shaped handles on either side.

Age: Meiji Period (1868-1912)

Pair of Japanese damascene candlesticks, the body of each with dramatic imagery of serpentine dragons and fireballs. The foliate petal rims decorated with chrysanthemums and coiling vines, and the tripod feet with auspicious objects and flowers. Both candlesticks are signed "Kuma" in gilt pigment on the base.

19th Century Meiji Period (1868-1912)

Excellently potted japanese porcelain dishes, decorated in underglaze Cobalt blue with a nice landscape scenery. Nabeshima - style, Meiji Period 1868 - 1912 ) Diameter : 20,8 cm. Condition : No crack, but each of the dishes has a small chip which is old repaired in Kintsugi technique ( Japanese Gold Lacquer repair.) Provenance : Old German collection. ( All in all we do have 4 pieces of the same kind of dishes on offer ( 2 pairs )).

This Qing Dynasty Guang Xu Period (1875~1908) Famille Rose seal box is 2” high and 3” in diameter. It depicts two young boys riding on Qi Ling (or Ki Ren, a legendary animal, usually related with young male), another is pushing a cart, carrying a symbolic officer’s hat. There are small floral designs on the rim. Aside from one old chip inside the box and a couple of small chips on the bottom, it is in fairly good condition.

Matcha bowl in clay decorated with two hare, partly glazed.
A fine contrast between the unglazed foot, which retains the raw color and rough, matt appearance of the clay, and the rest of the bowl, which is partly glazed with a brown layer with a smooth and shiny appearance...

A Yuan ( 13th century ) blue and white ewer with indonesian solid gold mounts. Extremely nice cobalt blue. This is the real so called " Mohamedan Blue " or " Ahmadan Blue " ! A lovely bronze water basin was preserved in nice patina.
With an inscription Chen down underside, the basin was in adequate weight comparing with its size.
It was a typical scholar item in small size, whatsoever still owned the strong scholar taste.

A beautiful Chinese Jin to Yuan dynasty small bottle with wonderful glaze effects under strong light. This clay of this bottle shows that this bottle might be Ding type can't sure. Ht. 8.6cm. A beautiful late 19/20th C. Chinese famille rose lamp with mandarin motif in excellent condition. H:17"(vase only).

This antique Chinese box would have been used during the Qing dynasty, possibly by a scholar or shop keeper. The bottom of this box has covered compartments for seals, chops,calligraphy brush, ink sticks and a built in inkstone. There is an abacus built into the lid.

The original hinge pin was lost and has been replaced. The box was made with large dovetail joints and from a hard wood of unknown origins. The outside is dirty and I have not cleaned it...

Authentic antique, 18th - 19th century, Tibetan belt pouch (coin purse) composed of leather, silver and brass. The front richly decorated with silver and brass, and studded with co turquoises.

This is a Japanese edo antique indigo dye silk katazome child kimono of ise- lobster pattern.There is a light stain, but not outstanding.It has no damage. Chi Un-Yong (Pack Ryon) (1852-1935): A Poet sage under the Willow tree with Poem: His pen name is Pack Ryon. Hanging scroll, ink and color on silk, fine Japanese style mounting with silk brocade, 51” by 14”, signed Pack Ryon with three seals. It’s in fine condition except for few stain. Reference; Korean Art and Calligraphy by Han Moon-young, published in 2000.

A striking antique wine glass with a solid base bell bowl engraved with a grape vine, leaves, and bunches of grapes. The stem has a multiple spiral air twist (MSAT) extending into the base of the bowl, and features a medial bladed collar. Conical foot with rough, snapped pontil. Fine color, striations, and tooling marks.

Condition is excellent with no problems, flaws, or restoration...
