Vintage 14K yellow gold chain with faceted amethyst beads, 5 larger beads (approximately 3/16 inch in diameter), 53 smaller beads (approximately 2/16 inch in diameter), 58 beads total. Total length is 25 inches, including clasp (see photos) Beautiful color. Not sure how old this is, beads look to be hand carved. Great condition.

Marked on the back Georg Jensen in a dotted oval, Sterling, Denmark, style number 71.

Measures about 1 3/8" across and 1 3/8" high.

Rollover safety clasp holds securely. Has minor surface scratches and some tarnish on the back. The stone is matte and has some texture, not shiny. Beautiful repousse work.

A pair of lever back pierced 3/8 x 1/4" across 10k yellow gold genuine claw-set amethyst earrings from the 1960s-1970s. They are stamped P 10K on the hoops and the amethysts measure 1.4 carats each (calculated). Spring is never too far away when you see a swallow. This unique 14Kt gold retro broach captures a moment of tenderness as a swallow is feeding its offspring in their nest. The bird has a ruby eye and seven rose cut diamonds decorate its wings. The intricately woven nest holds the three fledglings represented by three 5 millimeter cultured pearls. The broach measure 1 ¾” high and the width is the same 1 ¾”.

A fine modernist pendant designed as an 18K yellow gold frame enclosing a square plaque of smoky quartz with beveled edges. The front side of the gold frame has two geometric insets, a large square that occupies a fourth of the surface and a small quarter-circle at the opposite corner. This asymmetrical use of complimentary symmetrical shapes is reminiscent of the Mondrian paintings that inspired Yves Saint-Laurent’s 1965/66 couture collection...

Fit for a museum, this rare and wonderful Egyptian Revival pin has a portrait painted on porcelain. It is mounted in 800 silver and surrounded by 16 coral beads on wire. There have been some repairs [not visible from the front] as is so common in jewelry repaired in the 19th century. 1 1/4" diameter. Circa 1875.

Circa mid-century, this is a seldom seen design from Margot de Taxco. The original drawing is shown in "Margot Van Voorhies : The Art of Mexican Enamelwork", and is called "Intricate Knot". This is collector quality. The two shades of enamel are blue with gold flecks, and white with silver flecks. Necklace is blue with gold flecks. The pendant doubles as a pin. It's a stunning necklace, nice and long at just over 20" closed, wearable length...
