A vintage modernist sterling silver brooch by Anton Michelsen, from Denmark. This three dimensional brooch has a raised 'sun' in the center surrounded by 7 stars.

Measures 2 5/8" across and 2 5/8" high. Weighs 20 gr. The surfaces of the stars and the center of the sun have a light gold wash for an interesting effect.

Marked with the AM under a crown hallmark of the silversmith and Sterling Denmark.

Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. Silver has a warm patina...

Here is a substantial 1970s handmade ring composed of a hammered disc mounted on a thick band. It is marked 925; there is no maker’s mark. The disc measures 1 inch in diameter; the ring size is about 8 1/4; the band is adjustable.

A Mid Century Modern bracelet in sterling silver by Kultaseppa Salovaara, Ky of Turku Finland with four bullet shaped bezel set stones. Deep purple in color, probably amethyst. The bracelet is concave for an interesting effect.

Measures 7" around and 1/2" wide at the ends. Has an opening of 3/4". Can be somewhat adjusted.

Sleek, modernist design.

This unusual sterling silver ring features a curved disc with applied molten strands of silver forming an organic dome. The inside of the disc exhibits a volcanic finish. The band is sturdy, and bears possibly a Danish mark of 925S, as well as an unidentified maker’s mark. The ring is a size 7. It measures 1 inch long, 1 inch wide, and about 1 1/8 inches high. This pin has heft and presence, with a compelling design by Uni David-Andersen for the David-Andersen workshop. An iconic "Lentils" necklace crafted in hematite by Angela Cummings for Tiffany & Co. Cummings began designing with lentil-shaped beads in late 1980 and it became one of her hallmarks. This hematite necklace is punctuated with a single platinum lentil pave-set with round brilliant diamonds (G/VS1). The brilliance of the diamonds is particularly nice against the dark color of the hematite. The clasp is signed "Cummings", "T&Co." and "IridPlat".

Huge copy of one of the most famous brass and copper cuffs bracelets by modernist ART SMITH, probably c.1980's. Unsigned, it measures 5" by 9 3/4" outside circumference and 2 1/2" diameter at openings. Crudely made, it does not have the fine craftsmanship of Art Smith. The soldering at the back of the brass wire has solder showing connecting the wires. Otherwise, it's in excellent condition. A vintage sterling silver modernist pendant and necklace by Hans Sten and Karl Laine from Sten and Laine in Finland. Pendant reminds us of an abstract spiderweb. This sterling silver ring features a ‘taco’-like folded design with a zigzag band inside sitting on its edge. The inside of the folded piece has been deeply oxidized with a translucent finish. The ring exhibits various kinds of tool marks. The ring is possibly Norwegian, with a mark of 925S inside the band; there are also maker’s initials of JPC, possibly for Danish silversmith Jens Peter Clausen of Copenhagen (1973-1981). A wonderful set by Niels Erik From consisting of a brooch with an amber cabochon and matching pierced earrings. Referred to as the 'Atomic' design. Would like to keep the set together, but will separate if someone is just interested in one part.

This popular Georg Jensen design features a deeply recessed, oxidized groove around the entire band that is embedded with tiny silver beads.
