Korean porcelain celadon vase with black lacquer and MOP overlay. The condition of the porcelain is perfect, but the lacquer is not, some small pieces of mother of pearl are missing and some touch up paint around a section of the shoulder is evident. Still a very desirable vase that will display well. Measurements are 7 inches tall by 3 1/4 inches at the widest.

Charming Ceramic Clay Garden Elephant. Elephant is green with blue variations on saddle sitting on Elephant's back. Saddle also has a floral design with cream lining and provides a flat top for ideal placement of garden plant. Beautifully aged, this elephant has a playful countenance, with trunk curled to one side and leaf like tale resting against back side. This well carved ivory incense burner with hard wood fitted base is a mid 20th century product. It is 5 1/8” high (with base is 6 ¼” high), 4” wide and 2 ¼” thick. Two dragons with clouds are carved on the body and a big dragon is carved on the cover. The handles with loose rings are carved into dragon forms as well. The three legs are carved as animal claws. There are two honorable seals “Qian Long.” One is on the bottom of the burner; the other is on the bottom of the cover...

Chinese landscape painting of a mountain pavilion nestled in among twisting pines, a river winds it's way through the rocks creating two waterfalls - one in the upper left of the composition and the other in the lower right below the pavilion, all done black ink on paper, signed Zhao Tsungwu, early to mid 20th century. Provenance: from the estate of the late actor James Coburn. Size of art only: 37 3/4" high x 19 1/4" wide.

A man's shawl from Waziristan which is part of the Federally Administered Tribal Areas, considered to be outside Pakistan's four provinces. Circa 1920s. The Mangal tribe who inhabit Waziristan actually straddle the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan. This textile is very complex, composed of a black woven cotton field and silk ends, with silk embroidery in between. The combination of black cotton ground and silk is used to vivid effect...

Chinese porcelain “birthday” bowl decorated in famille rose enamels and gilt highlights with four round medallions each containing one of the four characters “wan shou fu jiang” (wishes for a long life without end) set against a turquoise ground densely covered with scrolling lotus. A yellow ruyi border extends along the interior edge and a key-fret border is on the exterior edge. At the center of the interior is a stylized “shou” (long life) symbol...

An attractive, well painted Japanese 10" x 6-3/4" lacquer over wood box c1900. This box has a richly painted scene of a bird, tree with flowers and leaves and a curved fence with mountains and a lake in the background. The thickly applied colours include textured black (tree), gold, orange and grey. This box has a black interior and the original lock (key missing) with a metal escutcheon plate; it appears to have been used as a cigar box in the past however, it could be used for many things...

Three(3) Chinese Celadon Green Pottery Tops, or Covers for Jar or Urn, 3/4" high, 3 3/4" diameter(outside rim), 2 7/8" diameter(inside Rim), they are all in good condition.

Lovely Shigaraki Tsubo with natural glaze patterns produced naturally in a wood fired anagama or climbing kiln. White feldspar long life stones give Shigaraki clays their distinctive character. 16" high by 11" in diameter. Great condition. Ask for shipping quote.

Chinese jade carving depicting a foo dragon, early to mid 20th century period, 2"W x 2"H, in good condition.

This carved smoky crystal snuff bottle is 2” high, 3” long and 1” thick. It depicts a lucky bat resting on a melon. The crystal has some natural flaws. However, the color is quite even and it has been well hollowed and polished. It has a coral top. This is a mid-20th century product and is in good condition.

A large Chinese translucent circular bowenite footed bowl, finely carved with the diameter of 13 inches. Condition Report: Great condition with no sign of chips or cracks
