Circa 1756, sterling silver French snuff box featuring a man's profile with initials. The bottom has an embossed farming scene with the sides having various vignettes including a hunter and a shepherdess. In very good condition commensurate with age, there is a small separation on the lid, see last photo. Measures 2.75" x 2" x 1" high. Hallmarked.

A well-hollowed Chinese snuff bottle carved from bright celadon jade. The stopper is made from a green stone with a bone spoon. The bottle needs standing help. Condition: few traces of usage. Dimension: c. 6.7 cm high.

Japanese limited edition copperplate etching titled “Kyoto #7: Kozan-ji” by Tanaka Ryohei (1933-2019). Pencil-signed, dated '96, and numbered 141/150 in the lower margin. The title in kanji is at the bottom left margin. Paper: 11 5/8" x 10 1/4" (image: 6 3/8" x 8"). Very good overall condition with a possible faintly visible smudge in the upper left margin corner. There are a few distressed fibers on the back, but the print does not appear to have been previously framed.

A fine Chinese scholar's agate brusher washer with many of the stems and leaves worked away from the vessel in an open worked manner. The stone is a translucent light grey to almost clear color with the stems and leaves having light russet colors terminating in the leaves to an orange hue. The overall appearance resembles a lotus leaf curling on the edges with stems, leaves, and seed pod that are worked over top and around all sides including the bottom. Late 19c Chinese Blackwood or possibly Zitan wood brush pot in the classic style with smooth sides and a raised ring at mouth and bottom having 3 low standing low profile feet with drain hole in center bottom of pot. Carved from a single piece of wood, it still retains its original plug which is easily removed for drainage. In excellent condition commensurate with age, it measures 4-5/8" high x 4-1/8" diameter.

A fine Chinese snuff bottle made from Carnelian, well hollowed. One side carved in relief with a bird on a rock beneath a bat, the backside engraved with a ruyi scepter. The stopper is made from white jadeit with a green spot and a bone spoon. Condition: the stopper eventually not original, traces of usage. Dimension: c. 6.2 cm high.

Early 20th Century rose quartz carving of 2 beauties. Made of one piece, it is difficult to find a double figure carving like this. Presented on a custom rosewood stand, this rose quartz carving has really nice details that we were not able to fully capture with a camera. It is much nicer in person and you won't be disappointed. In excellent condition, it measures on stand 10-1/2" high x 5" wide x 2". Carving alone measures 9-1/8" high.
