Ming Dynasty, Ca. 1500s
This bowl is covered overall in an attractive bluish green celadon glaze except for the footring, which shows the buff-toned porcelaneous stoneware body. The glaze is somewhat unevenly applied to the exterior. The interior has a glaze bubble that popped in the firing. Acquired in the early 1980s from an antiques dealer in Alexandria, VA.

This Chinese Ming Dynasty (1368~1615) bronze temple guardian is 13 ½ inches tall. The halo is a replacement and part of the mirror in his hand has been repaired. The weapon he carried is gone. Over all, it is in pretty good condition.

A late 16th.century Azushi-Momoyama Period (1573–1600) vase in elegantly-shaped meiping form, with a gradual outward curve on the shoulder, with short-knopped neck, incised beneath the greenish-yellow / olive glaze.

Japanese russet lacquered leather zunari jingasa with riveted plating. Finely disguised as metal which is completely constructed of lightweight materials strengthened by lacquer. The interior helmet is lacquered in red. The front features a large gilt mon of the Ashikaga crest. The finial form takes shape of a chrysanthemum flower. Mounted on custom display stand.

A Very Rare and Fine White Porcelain Jar-15th C.
Korea, early Choson period, 15th century
This jar is extremely rare as a Korean white porcelain from early Choson dynasty.
Of compressed globular form set on a slanted ring foot and with a flated, wide mouth, converted by a transparent glaze with even sheen, slight green tinged white graze appied over the surface and bottom, unglazed and kiln grit aheded on the foot rim.
