A Chinese Longquan Celadon Bowl. Circa, 1368-1644, Ming Dynasty. Found in the Philippines. Featuring deep walls rising from a tall foot and is decorated with slender chrysanthemum-like petals encircling the exterior and its interior with a carved decoration. It is covered overall in a green celadon glaze except for the unglazed firing ring on the base. Measurements: height (8cm), diameter (11cm) across. Condition: in perfect condition. Very well and thinly potted , moulded body and finely decorated with the best kind of deep Kangxi cobalt blue. The base marked with a Kangxi Lingzhi Fungus mark and of the period ( 1662 – 1722 ) Diameter : 20,6 cm. Condition : Very good condition with an excellent glossy glaze. Some extremely minute fritting, nearly invisible to the naked eye and which only can be found by a very very close examination of the lobed rim.

An early Arita porcelain dish, Kakiemon, 17th Century, circa 1655~1670.

The centre of the dish with a table display of bonsai-like foliage. The curved cavetto with plant-filled lozenges against a blue ground.

The mark within the foot-rim was used at the Chokichidani kiln and the Old Kakiemon kiln in the period 1655 ~ 1670’s...

A Long Quan Celadon bowl Ming Dynasty. Diameter approximately 15 cm height 8 cm. 1 chip on the base and a 0.7 cm horizontal hair line in the middle of the rim. The interior/exterior freely carved with stylise foliate scrolls, in the center has floral carved, covered with olive green and crackle glaze. Good condition.

Chinese Ming dynasty blue and white stem bowl, Jiajing period. 15,2 cm diameter. the bowl has small chipped and hairline. the stem has been broken missing the bottom part. Free from any repair.

Early 17th century (Edo Period 1603-1868) distorted shoe shaped (tsutsugata) white Shino Chawan with a rounded brim, made of light, coarse, unrefined Mino clay. The expertly thrown body was trimmed with a potter's knife in the lower part of the body and around the foot ring.

This bowl was covered with a white Shino type of ash glaze. Under the transparent glaze two young pine tries were painted in iron oxide...

Middle Ming period. Diameter 9,2 cm. Condition : Perfect

Ming wanli covered box decorated with blue and white figures motive at the garden.15,4cm diameter. 8cm high. Conditions : has one hairline at the cover but the hairline not continues to the edge. ( Free from any restorations).

This piece was made at the Zhangzhou kilns(漳州窯), and had been stored by Japanese famous collector. This type of multiple colored ceramics is called "Gosu Aka-e 呉須赤絵" and has been valued by Japanese people since Edo period until nowadays. Size: 34.3cm(D) 8.0cm(H) Certification: Written by Noriki Shimazu the Japanese famous researcher of Asian antiques in Japan.

Made in Ganga-Jumna (two color bronze) technique in the 17th century. This complicated technique is nowadays lost. Please note the very fine detail on this figure, like bracelets, anklets and rings. What a great Chawan! Wan shaped tea bowl made of light, refined and soft Mino clay, which contains a little iron oxide. The fastly but expertly thrown body inside and outside, with the exception of the bottom (including the finely thrown foot ring) is covered with a transparent ash glaze, which turned to yellow due to the iron oxide in the clay.

In 5 areas of the tea bowl are highlights in green copper oxide in the tradition of the Mino Ki-Seto...

A well potted porcelain bowl, covered with a creamy white, crackled glaze and an overglaze enameled decoration with lion and phoenix in red, green and black. Ming Dynasty 17th. century Swatow ware. Cylinder shaped (hanzutsu) tea bowl made of light, fine, unrefined Mino clay. Shape and style (note the trimmed walls) make it appear contemporary with the late Oribe bowls.

The expertly thrown body is covered with the typical white, feldspatic Shino glaze has been poured under which a decoration of a willow tree (yanagi) and a fence have been applied in iron oxide (oni ita).
