The main Chinese ceramic for export in the 13th to 14th centuries was the Longquan celadon of Zhejiang province. Glazed in monochrome green, Longquan-type wares have been found in archaeological sites around the world...

A fine Viking style bronze Torc or Torque, Early medieval period, likely Baltic Vikings (Vikings or the Rus), ca. 800-1000 AD).

An open necklace, likely for a warrior, open at one end, the ring finely fluted and the terminals with dot and line geomethric decoration.

A torc, also spelled torq or torque, is a large rigid or stiff neck ring in metal, made either as a single piece or from strands twisted together.

19th Century Glass snuff bottle. Transulcent blue overlay on bubble infused glass depicting a grass hopper on one side and bamboo on the other side. Minor pin-prick type chips on inner and outer mouth rim and small chip to blue foot rim. Stopper /lid not included.

Japanese antique kannon biraki tansu (tansu chest with hinged doors), made of sugi (cryptomeria) wood with kiri (paulownia) wood on front, large doors with drop in iron hinges (doors can be completely removed), interior has 4 large drawers with bronze hirute shaped drawer pulls, Edo Period. Antique Japanese wooden temple carving of a fu dog (fu lion, or shishi). Carved of keyaki (zelkova elm) wood with wonderful details including characteristic swirling fur and wide, toothy jaws, this fu dog is a powerful Shinto temple guardian. Wide eyes are made of reverse-painted glass with irises of two different colors and with pupils of varying width, adding an intensity to his expression...

Yuan Dynasty carved jade rabbit. Hard jade, traces of raw materials, vivid performance of the rabbit to one side. Using the black texture of the jade itself, it skillfully shows the different hair colors of the rabbit. Dimensions: 7 cm long, 2 cm wide and 3.5 cm high.

Set of 18 handpainted paintings of the 18 Lohans. Colours on cloth 94x66 cm. Each titled in Chinese. Undated, possibly Ch'ien-Lung (1735-95). With accompanying booklet. Edges frayed on some. Can be viewed in central London and sent worldwide rolled in a tube. Provenance Christie’s Auction London

Japanese scroll painting of two skeletons hard at work counting money. The calligraphy verse up top appears to be influenced by the Confucian scholar, Kameda Bosai and is sealed Gakubutsu. Below, the skeletons pour over accounting ledgers next to a large scale. This painted portion of the scroll is sealed Nisekisai. Painted in sumi-e ink on paper.

Antique Indonesian karambit, knife with sheath, carved from Indonesian Zitan with black and brown tones, The knife handle carved as a bird head, The sheath has two lizards on one side and a frog carved on the top edge. The handle is curved with a steel blade dagger. With custom metal stand.
