This 18th century tea bowl and matching saucer is vibrantly decorated in the naturalistic / botanical Meissein style.
Antique Nepalese bronze bodhisatva seated on a double lotus throne. The piece has the original copper base with stamped design. The robes of the figure are skillfully incised with a beautiful cloud and scrolling vine design. The hands are in muddra as they hold a small container. Some old loses. It measures 8" tall 5 " wide 3" deep. 19th century, obtained in the 1960s in Katmandu .
Elegant shaped with slight fairly thickly potted, covered overall with rare bluish green glazed to whole body, the base is glazed and have a short hairline crack, the handle is out then re-glued. Koryo 12th/13th century. High: 18.5cm and Wide: 15cm.

Statue of Bodhisattva Manjusri, wearing formal robes and diadem, his hands in a rare posture that is similar to "buddhapatra mudra" (mudra of the bowl), sitting cross-legged. Lacquered and gold painted bronze. Tibet, 17th century, probably earlier. Height: 6 3/4" (17,2 cm). Old accident on left forearm and base, otherwise good condition.
