Pair of Chinese Famille Rose Lamp Vase with Scholars and Landscape Signed, Late 19th Century

The vases alone are 16.5 inches (41.9 cm) tall by 6 inches (15.2 cm) wide. They are 6 Lb.

They are in good condition no repairs, chips, or cracks, except holes drilled at the bottom, retouched and repainted by the manufacture at one vase's corner, and another vase has a foot slightly filed (as seen in the photos)...

A pair of Kangxi-Yongzheng lotus-shaped blue and white dishes, freely painted with floral sprays in nine separate panels encircling a central field. Both dishes have very fine and luminous glaze.

A superb and graceful example of First Period Dr. Wall Worcester porcelain. The patterns on it are "La Peche" and "La Promenade Chinoise," both of which were done by Robert Hancock. Although Caughley did a very similar variation, this piece was definitely made by Worcester.

The slightly flared tankard is 4 5/8" tall, with a top diameter of 3" and a base diameter of 3 1/4". Looking fresh from the factory, it has no chips, cracks, glaze or paint loss, or restorations...

Okutani Shuseki (1871-1936) was born in Osaka and lived in Kyoto for most of his life. His artistic lineage is among the very best. A Very Fine and Rare Korean Silver Inlaid Hexagonal Iron Box-19th C.: Korea, Joseon dynasty, 19th century. A well silver inlaid on the iron box with a big character “ Shu” –a longevity- on the top surouned by geometric designs, on the 6 sides inlaid with 6 characters “ Auspisious letter” also surrounded by geometric designs. It’s in very fine condition with a dark black patina around the body. Measurement: 9.2cm d. x 5.2 cm h.
