Smashing pair of zen temple buddhist cloud carvings form the late Edo Period/early Meiji Period c. 1870. Carved out of cypress wood and with gold gilt. 19th Century Chinese White Jade Carved Plaque Ruyi

It is 23.2 inches (59 cm) long by 5.4 inches (13.8 cm) wide. The largest jade plaque is 5.1 inches (13 cm) long by 4.7 inches (12.1 cm) wide. The smallest jade plaque is 2.8 inches (7.3 cm) long by 2.5 inches (6.5 cm) wide. It is 1.75 Lb.

It wood carving has chips, cracks, and surface wears and scratches. The jade plaques have surface wears and scratches and inclusions (as seen in the photos)...

This is Tsutsugaki Furosiki manufactured in Iwate Prefecture during the Meiji period. Hemp is very thick and spun by hand. This is dyed with natural glaze. This is the Noshi pattern drawn in the center. The letter is the name of the owner. It has slight amber and slight holes, but does not stand out. condition is good. Chinese porcelain planter in a squared form tapering slightly towards the base, incised with imagery of birds perching, grapes and coiling vines, blooming flowers against a yellow enamel ground. The upper and lower part of the planter with bands of archaic scrolls in cobalt blue. The rim has red floral scrolling motifs. The base is marked "China" in red. With dense carved wooden stand of an inverted lotus form.

Ancient Moche solid cast silver Tumi Sceptre c 300 AD with Warriors or high priest Lords. Fine sculpture and casting with inlaid stone eyes headdress ear flairs and shields. Xrf testing done for content appraised and authenticated by Lowell Collins with paperwork. The sceptre came from a 1960s Texas collection. Weight is 292g silver and is 9.5" long and 2 ' wide at the top.
