A polished, thinbladed Danish neolithic axe dating to late 4th-early 3rd mill BC.
Very nicely polished on the sides, unpolished top and bottom.
Size is c. 13 cm. In length.
Condition: Choice with a few smaller dents to the edge. Very nice light brown and grey patina.

Gorgeous Art Nouveau sterling bowl with floral repousse rim made by S. Kirk & Son. This bowl has a 10" diameter and is 2" deep. The center monogram is difficult to "read", maybe M O L ? Marked S. Kirk & Son Co., 925/1000, 15x. The condition is excellent. Circa 1915.
Extra Large Yixing teapot size : 31 cm wide from spout to handle. 20 cm body diameter. 18 cm high. Teapot has short hairlines at the upper rim and the lid. (please see on the pictures).
An archaic style vase with crackle-glaze and simulated metal mounts. On the base is the apocryphal mark of the 15th Century Chenghua emperor but this item was made much later, probably for export, during the reign of the Tongzhi emperor (1862-1874). Condition - there are two white filled rim chips - no further damage or restoration...
19th century small underglaze blue and white Japanese Arita porcelain sweetmeat dish used during tea ceremony, in lozenge shape with decoration of 2 boys among bushes on the inside, and scrolling vines on the outside. Very nice potting with indented corners, wonderful thick glaze with minute bubbles, beautiful dark spots in the paste consistent with age. Very good quality freehand painting, overall in excellent condition. Length 4 1/8 inches.
A beautiful and very functional pair of black lacquer wooden cabinets with detailed court scenes. The cabinets can be stacked as pictured or positioned separately and perhaps placed under windows. As separately standing pieces, they can be used for extra seating with the simple addition of a few throw pillows or cushions. They can also be positioned back to back to serve as a large coffee table. The cabinets’ interiors are painted red and there is a red flower painted on each side...

Chinese Tang Dynasty Painted Pottery Saddled Horse (35 cm)
This pottery model of a saddled horse was made during the Tang Dynasty (AD 618 - 906). It is made from a red pottery that has been "cold painted" with a white pigment on top of which has been applied black pigments for the saddle and features of the head. This "strong" looking horse stands alert with its head slightly raised and turned to its left...
A lovely, small, rare, middle Ming dish ( fifteenth century ) decorated in underglaze blue with a bird. The representation of the bird very attractive and swinging. The extraordinary strong resp. deep Cobalt blue of this dish is very nice.
Diameter : 9,7 cm.
Condition : No chip, no crack, the glaze of this excavated piece slightly degraded by aggressive soil.
Framed painting of Shoki standing with a sword in his hand. On his head a large straw hat. Inscription on the upper left side with three red seals. Signature and seal on the lower right side: Kano …Fujiwara Masuyoshi hitsu. Ink on silk. Kano style. Rollers cut of and framed with original mounting.
Painted area: 34 1/8 x 11 ¼. Frame: 54 ¾ x 17 ¼ inches.
Silk darkened with age, stained, undulating, one minor crack, otherwise good condition.
Maekake, apron made of Ohmi jofu, which is asa (hemp) with kasuri pattern. Weft kasuri yarns are board-clamp dye, so that both selvedges have bar-code like white lines. All hand-sewn and in excellent condition. It has red cotton belts. Late 19th to early 20th century. W:49cm, L:73cm

Rare “sizhi” (four straight sides), inkstone circa Ming Dynasty. Good condition with one small chip noted in last enlargement. Please pay attention to the detail of the carving in enlargements (especially the footrim), the lines are graceful, and understated. A simple, elegant and still completely usable piece. L: 11.6cm/4.5in, H: 2cm/.8in and W: 7.8cm/3.1in.
Ancient Near East, Luristan, ca. 1200 to 800 BC. An elaborate bronze cloak pin, cast via the lost wax (cire perdue) process with a Zoomorphic beast terminal.
Used to fasten clothes, in this case due to the unusually heavy fabric and decoration, likely leather for presentation use - perhaps for a very thick cape or leather armor.
Size: 11,2 cm.
Condition: Superb! Wonderful dark-green patina.
