- The Buffalo Dance my be given during the interval between the Soyal or Solistice Ceremony and the Powamu or Bean Dance. Usually, two girls and two boys dance as Buffalo and Buffalo Girl accompanied by a large male chorus. It is one of the dances most frequently seen off reservation.

Antique Chinese porcelain tray with gilt edges, its inside finely decorated with oceanside scenery in light glaze colors that are quite pleasing to the eye. Several small people can be seen kneeling, strolling along the water, and riding in a small boat. Very finely painted with excellent detail.
The tray is stamped with the mark of Wang Yu Tang, early 20th century.

Metal alloy and silver box with a finely detailed "aguafuerte" style etching of an
outdoor gathering located on the top of the box. There are two inscriptions located above and below the etching. The top inscription reads "D'APRES LANCRET" while the bottom inscription reads "LE COLIN-MAILLARD". Circa 1900.

Chinese low rectangular table, reconstructed of 17th century huanghuali wood, beautiful grain, underside still with original finish.

Instead of shoes, sandals such as these were worn in villages throughout India. Hand carved from indigenous woods, frequently teak and fitted to the individual wearer. The knob on the toe prevented the sandals from falling off and no other attachment was used.

This is a beautiful complex wire and wireless Japanese cloisonne vase. Though it is not signed, it was made by Gonda Hirosuke during the Meiji Era, circa 1910. All pieces like this we ever seen signed have been signed Gonda. Very few of these wireless fish vases were made by Gonda.
The vase is in excellent condition and has silver rims. It was created before Japan began stamping rims with the "jun gin' silver mark in the early 1900's. It stands 7 inches tall and is 7 inches wide.
