This is a japanese antique boro patched of dark brown hemp Mosquito net fabric. It is an old mosquito net textile from the meiji era (1868-1911). The beautiful color of the persimmon tannin dye is slightly soft to the touch. The brown color of persimmon dyeing has changed beautifully over time.
