This is a superb Chinese yixing teapot handcrafted in red clay with beautiful brass mounted on the rims, spout & finial. There are some tea stains on the teapot exterior, interior & spout...

These pieces are a part of smoking set tabako-ire. It consists of a kiseruzutsu (pipe case) of a tonkotsu(tobacco pouch) in black lacquered crocodile leather. Both parts are bound by a leather link decorated with a red stone ojime.

The tonkotsu is decorated with a menuki (metallic decoration) gilded and skated copper. The menuki has the form of a sitting cross-legged man, joint hands, hidden by the long and wide sleeves of its coat...

This early 20th century Chinese natural gourd cricket cage is 4 ¼ inches high and 3 inches on the widest part. The rim of the gourd and lid are carved rose wood, the center of the lid is carved ebony. The center part depicts a sage sitting behind rock in a garden; banana trees are behind him. It is in excellent condition.

Pendants of that type are known as patris, they were made and worn by the tribal gypsy people of Rajasthan and Gujarat for good luck and protection. A small jar decorated in early 18th Century Kangxi style with Famille Verte / Wucai enamels depicting a legendary battle scene possibly from from the historical epic novel "San Guo Zhi Yan Yi" (Romance of the Three Kingdoms) attributed to the 14th Century novelist Luo Guanzhong. This item was made for export during the late 19th/early 20th Century, probably during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Condition - very good - no damages and no restoration...

This is an extremely rare Paleo Folsom made from a dark gray, translucent flint. It is 1 11/16" by 13/16". Both faces are fluted to the tip. The basal edge is concave and the haft is ground most of the way up the blade edges. It has classic Folsom edge work. Nice natural patina with good deposits and authentic accumulations noted. It was found in the early 60's. It is from the west Texas, Oklahoma, eastern New Mexico area. It is ex-Mike Oliver collection. This is priced way below market value...

Decorated in hight relief of Chilong, Lingzhi and Fenghuang (dragon, mushrooms and Phoenix) with highly symbolic value, in fact the male principle chilong and the female fenghuang should signify a marriage, the presence of immortal Lingzhi making the union eternal. The artist used a part of the stone which is different, naturally spotted and cracked to cut the Chilong which is thus subtly spotted like a leopard...
