Rare ming blue and white yuhuchun vase decorated with four phoenix and flowers at the body. peach at the shoulder and plantain leaves at the neck. 24,5cm high. Vase has damage at the terumpet on restorations and glaze degradations.

Large Buddhist ritual bell, with a lavish decoration of a "vajra" on its top, four deities faces below, and geometric and stylized lotus decor on its body. Bronze, with beautiful encrusted green and red patina. Traces of gilding. Indonesia, ca. 15th to 16th century. Height: 9 5/8" (24,5 cm). Obvious signs of great age, otherwise very good condition.

Heavily cast in the naïve style that is so typical for Laos. H. 29,5 cm. Good age wear and patina. Remains of gilding. Old repairs to the feet.

 

Outstanding excavated Ayutthaya Bronze Statue from the 16th. century.

This crowned Ayutthaya Buddha is seated on lotus in Dhyana Mudra ( deep meditation ) and has a very gentle and serene expression.

Fine antique condition with traces of the excavation and the age. Weight 2300 g.
