This very well designed and carved wood (boxwood) netsuke is 1 ¾” high, 2” wide and 1 ½” thick. It depicts three pods of a Japanese lantern plant (some people call it a Chinese lantern). Two big lanterns and one small lantern are arranged along a stem with a curly leaf which has a few insect bites. It is dated late 18th century and it is not signed. It is in excellent condition.
This porcelain chamber stick was produced in the early 19th century. It is unmarked but may have been produced by Coalport. It is 7 inches long, 4 1/2 inches wide and 3 inches tall. The fine hard paste porcelain is molded in rococo style and there are three paw feet supporting it. The ground is deep cobalt blue with two reserves. Colorful exotic birds fill these spaces, similar to Chelsea Derby decorations. Gilding of high quality surrounds the two reserves...
Pair of 1900's Chinese Export Famille Rose Porcelain Dove
They are 7.8 inches (19.8 cm) tall by 7.3 inches (18.5 cm) wide. Total weight is 2.5 lb.
They have minor skip glazes, dark spots, and surface wears and scratches. One of the dove has manufacture defect of glaze cracks at the bottom (as seen in the photos).

An elegant and fine ink-stone (Shezhou, Anhui) made of carved, dark schist with minor, green-brown inclusions. One “eye.” Two small feet at top end. Fitted and finely carved lid of chicken wing wood (jichimu). The inscription reads: “A treasure from the Zhishi shanfang.” In a Japanese box from the 19th century (with full inscription). China: Qing, probably 18th cent. L 16,5 cm, W 11 cm. Condition: Excellent (small chip in ink-well).
Yuan Dynasty 14th century Dehua ware covered box. Porcellanous stoneware with honey - coloured glaze over a extremely nice moulded floral decoration.
Diameter : 7,2 cm.
Condition : Some very faint age - cracks to the glaze but not in the body. One single minute chip at the underside of the box, which not interfers the extremely nice appearance of this rare piece.

An antique Japanese 2 section Kyoto Mizuya Tansu made of Keyaki (Zelkova) and HInoki (Cypress) woods. The upper and lower sections feature sliding doors behind which removable shelves allow for split level storage with 5 drawers for organizing small items. The small hinged door to the upper right features a secret sliding locking panel that opens and closes the door. Side horizontal ribs for additional strength and visual design. These 12 cabinet plates were produced in Germany by Meissen around 1875. They have first quality under glaze crossed swords markings with pommels. The plates measure 8” in diameter and are 1” deep. A fine and early Dr. Wall Worcester porcelain cup of slightly tapering octagonal form with each of the 8 sides decorated with a flowering plant or insects. The graceful handle is of double scroll form with a pointed thumbrest.
Excellent condition with bright sharp colors, and no chips, cracks, or staining. The height is 2" and the diameter at the top is 2 1/4".
