A beautifully colored mottled nephrite jade disc (sword-pommel) in colors of cream, rust and grey. In the center is a small hole encircled by flower petals. A double-lined rim borders the outer rim of the petals. A band of C-curl patterns extend to the double-lined outer rim. The surface of reverse side has a couple of cleavage planes natural to the stone.

This is an old Japanese towel rack, sometimes called a children’s kimono stand. The metal work is in traditional style and the mounts have been used on many different kinds of lacquer pieces throughout the Edo period. The chrysanthemum mons (family crests) on each end of the mount, were used by the Emperor, royal princes and others outside the Imperial family, in a variety of forms. A nicely carved Chinese nephrite pendant in a "Pixiu" shape. The nephrite is of very nice quality. There are some russet and dark intrusions mainly on one side of the pendant, this hints that the original material could be part of a jade pebble. We date the pendant to be early 20th century. It is in good condition with natural veins. Dimensions: 2-1/2"X2"X1/2".

An early Qing Fujian b/w bowl, decorated to interior center with a dragon head and body, the tail cross over the wall to exterior. Condition is perfect with no any damaged and free from restoration, only small area with firing fault to be a bit darker to inner rim. Qing 18th century Dehua ware. Diameter: 14 cm.
Nice little wood carved architectural element in the shape of a foo dog circa late Qing Dynasty. This is in excellent condition with original lacquer. L: 14.5cm/5.8in.
This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in France circa 1800. It is unmarked. There are incised lines in the porcelain. The saucer has a diameter of 5 inches and is 1 1/4 inches deep. The cup is 2 3/8 inches high. The set is decorated with knots of stylized flowers in vibrant colors. There are bands of tooled gilding in leaf and flower patterns. The interior of the cup, handle and rim of the saucer are heavily gilded.

A nice group of authentic Ming miniature glazed tomb items for taking into the next world. During the Shang Dynasty all the actual pieces were used and have been replaced with pottery figures from the original size to this size in the Ming Dynasty.

Thickly molded with a raised edge to the rim flange and a band of recessed petals tapering inward along the cavetto toward a peony flower roundel impressed to the center of the well.
