A superb and true English heavy baluster goblet, having a round funnel bowl with a solid base containing a small tear. Just below the bowl the stem begins with a large, teared, triple annular knop, continuing into a teared straight section above a basal knop, all above a domed foot.

This wonderful example has a gutsy presence, standing 7 1/16" tall, with a bowl diameter of 3 1/8" and a foot diameter of 3 1/2". Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or restoration...

A beautiful 19th C. Chinese red cinnabar lacquer lid box is carved with a scene of two elderly sages in a rocky landscape with trees. The sides are carved overall with a diamond pattern. Ming dynasty bowl with a very interesting blue coloured glaze. This glaze reminds to the " snowflake - blue " glaze, found on some rare Xuande pieces. H : 6 cm. The piece was excavated, and the glaze is still not cleaned. Perfect condition!

Overstreet states the Agee points are "the finest, most exquisite arrow point made in the United States". They are both 1 7/8". They are both made from translucent novaculite. They were found near the area of the Crenshaw Site. The name of the finder goes to the purchaser. I purchased both on 8-2-92 from Ray Stanford. Agee points of this quality are never seen on the open market. They are extremely rare and hoarded.

A stunning, attractive macehead of a nice large size, in fine redish granite, 3rd. millenium BC.

The artifact is polished to a perfectly symethric compressed oval form with a deep groove in the center. These were made by the singlegrave culture and was a weapon like the battle axes from this fase and as attractive and perfect.

Late Meiji period (1890s to 1912) Japanese wooden kushi (hair comb) with gold lacquer decoration of ripe fruits on branches, design continuing onto the back. Beautifully made, very good lacquering with some losses and wear as can be seen on photos, wonderful work in Japanese taste. Length 4.6 inches.

A healthy, plump, round & gentle-faced, "Kintaro" doll holding a lively carp (also considered a symbol of strength and good luck). In folklore, Kintaro grows up to become a famous warrior.
