This carved amethyst snuff bottle is a mid 20th century product. It is 2 1/8” high, 3” wide and 1” thick. It depicts two lotus pods wrapped with lotus leaves. The hard stone lid and bamboo spoon are later replacements. It is in excellent condition.

It is 71 inches (180.5 cm) in inner circumference by 34.2 inches (87 cm) long. The round beads range from 5.5 mm to 25.3 mm wide. The cylinder beads range from 11.4 mm to 32.5 mm in length. The total weight is 224 gram.

This 20th century Chinese YiXin teapot is 3 ¾” high, 4 ½” in diameter and 7” long from spout to the handle. The artist’s name, which is illegible, is stamped inside the lid. Another stamped square seal “China, YiXin” is on the bottom. The design on the pot depicts a peach tree and peach on the lid, spout, handle and part of the body. It is in excellent condition.

This is a finely potted wufu good fortune and longevity bowl from the early Republic period (1912 -1949). It is painted in copper red with gold colour. It stands on a high foot rim and everted upwards to a gold gilded rim. On the inside of the bowl, on the inner rim, there is key fred design. On the base of the inside of the bowl, in the centre is the character “shou” – longevity. It is surrounded by 5 wufu (bats) – five blessing, wing-tip to wing-tip linked by lotus.

The massive stone carving of a stump of a tree is a 1970’s, 1980's product. It depicts two large beetles sitting on the top of a rotted stump; their eggs are nearby. Some fungus and mushrooms are growing from the top and sides of the stump. Several leaves lay on the side as well. The carving is superbly realistic. It is 6 ½” high, 7 ½” wide from the widest part and 8” thick. It is in excellent condition.

Fine old wedding blanket from the Mulao ethnic group in Southern China. This has a classic floral, butterfly and phoenix weft embroidered pattern. Excellent condition with no damage- this is woven with all handspun cotton thread with some tiny bits of silk floss. The dyes are a combination of indigo and possibly aniline and organic mix in the red and orangeish colors. L: 100cm/39.5in and W: 72cm/28.2in - with border L:122cm/48in and W: 88cm/35in.

This Chinese ivory carving of an open clam is a mid 20th century product. There are nine people resting, walking or sitting on a cart inside the clam. They are surrounded by pine trees.
