Japanese indigo cotton fireman's coat, with sashiko stitching and freehand paste resist decoration (tsutsugaki) of a cherry blossom, overlapping rings and striations. The front of the coat has four kanji characters on the lapel, and the inside of the coat is resist dyed with geometric designs and a round central emblem.

This is a tall and handsome classical pouch ewer from the Liao dynasty(907-1125). It is of museum quality standing on a splay foot rim with recessed base rising upwards to a slander bulging side body with a long vertical spout with straight mouth rim and a rounded pinched handle. The whole pouch ewer is coated with dark amber glaze on a white colour slip stopping short of the splay foot rim showing the reddish colour stoneware. Beautifully carved soap stone figure of sage Fulushuo, he leans on an elaborately carved staff and hold the peach of longevity, on an intricately carved dark stone stand on which are carved a bat and a deer, also symbols of happiness and longevity, wonderful expression, stone of a lovely orange and green, Republic Period (circa 1910-1930). Antique Japanese small kobako (incense box) with inside tray. The outside is decorated with a scene of a garden fence, chrysanthemums, hydrangeas and daisies in gold lacquer on a nashiji ground. The interior is covered in fine nashiji. The small tray stands on tiny feet and has a pavilion scene with twisted pines all in gold lacquer on a matching nashiji ground.

Antique Tibetan flint carrying pouch (also mechag or chuck muck), made of leather with heavy plaques of silver and gold with inlaid coral front. Motifs of filigree and animals are seen through the silver plating. The backside of the pouch features a central image of a coiling silver dragon. The pouch is suspended by a red leather strap with rivets.
