The cannon very beautiful and possible once burried. With splendid old chesnut or mahogany patina with a dusting of green to the back. Fully functionable cannon made with a bore hole of 16-17 mm.

Victorian Classical sterling silver baby cup. Made by John Bell and Frederick Brasted in London in 1860. Baluster bowl on raised foot; leaf-capped double-scroll handle. Engraved interlaced strapwork frames of which two inset with flowers and two vacant. Gilt-washed interior. Fully marked. Very good condition.

A beautiful, iridescent, signed Favrile-type glass compote made by Quezal around 1910. The compote is 5 1/4 inches wide and 5 inches high. It is in fine condition. Signed on the polished pontil.

A thinly, very well potted porcelain body with a high quality underglaze blue decoration. The cobalt blue excellent. This marked Ming Minyao ( peoplesware ) bowl shows a nearly imperial quality. Jiajing period ( 1522 - 1566 ) Jingdezhen ware. Diameter : 12,1 cm. H : 6,4 cm. Condition : One glaze chip to the rim and one chip to the unglazed foorting. Very nice tone when tapped.

A tree from under water in a dam of Thailand. The skin of this tree was eaten by freshwater shell which makes it look naturally beautiful.

95 % of all Shufu Ware pieces are broken. This piece is in an perfect condition. Very thiny potted body with a nice molded decoration, covered by a nice Shufu glaze. Nice bell like sound when tapped. Yuan Dynasty ( 1279 - 1368 ) Diameter : 16,5 cm.

Large Chinese Qing Dynasty Decorative Carved & Painted Pottery Tile

This large pottery tile was made during the Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1912). It is made from a dense grey pottery. The surface has been carved with a scene featuring an official holding a hu (an audience tablet) whilst being cooled by a servant. In front of the official is a censer with wisps of incense smoke coming from it...

A late Ming Dynasty 17th Century blue and white bowl, with foliated lip mouth rim, decorated to the exterior with six Deer's. the interior center with a Deer within double circle surrounded to cavetto with six panel floral pattern. Exported from Swatow port, Zhangzhou ware with slight thickly than Kraak style, but the design almost similar with Jindezhen ware. Condition with one tiny chip to rim and the other one like tiny flaked glaze, no any crack and free from any restoration...

Tall zushi or Buddhist temple shrine, housing the wooden figure of the standing Buddha Amida, Buddha of the Western Paradise. Both his hands in mudra. He is standing on a multi-tiered hexagonal base, decorated with flowers. His eyes inset in glass or crystal, which are hardly visible due to old layers of re-lacquering and soot.

An antique Chinese red brocade panel decorated with auspicious motifs. In the central section, the brocade is decorated with repeating pattern of children where one is holding a musical instrument known as a sheng and the other is holding a toy-like object. The top and bottom panels are decorated with motifs of dragons and phoenixes set within a geometric border. Age: 19th century Size: height 66" width 28"

This a Kioto School Netsuke, carved in the 19h century, that depicts a standing Boy, who is carrying a large bag over his shoulder, and is happily eating a piece of Cake. Signed Shoji, on the edge of the boy's robe, in the back. Wonderful mellow patina. Charming and interesting, but seldom seen depiction of Daily life in Japan. Netsuke measures 0.98 inches (2.5cm) wide, and, 2.05 inches (5.2cm) tall...

A pair of ancient pendant from the Egyptian late-Ptolemaic Period, after 600 BC.

Both amulets are pierced horisontically to be worn as pendants. One is of the seated Bastet as a Cat (2,1 cm.), the other is a head of a human god or Pharao (2,5 cm.).

This small hand painted picture on cloth, called a Tsakli was used for Buddhist religious instruction and rituals in Tibet. The back of the card has Tibetan writing...Obvious condition issues...This card and others listed on this site were all antique cards when they were brought out of Tibet in the 60's...card is 3 x 3.5 inches
