With compressed globular body rising to a tall neck and flared rim, covered overall, and on the base, with an unctuous glaze of green tone, the foot rim left unglazed exposing the red burn. Southern Song Dynasty (1127–1279) Dimension : (9.5 cm.) high, 11 cm wide Condition : perfect, no chips, cracks, or hairlines and free from restorations.

Edwardian sterling silver picture frame. Made by Shreve & Co. in San Francisco, ca 1910. Oval window in same surround; on front engraved ivy leaf garland with spiky tips and reeded stems. Sides plain. Two delightful ball supports. With glass, silk lining, and burgundy velvet back and hinged-easel support. For portrait (vertical) display. Fully marked including maker’s stamp. Hanging scroll. Portrait of probably Sugawara no Michizane, sitting in court dress - a black garment with a long white sash - holding a wooden mace. The black garment, with red liner, is delicately decorated with flowers between waving lines. The sash also decorated with stylized flower shapes.

Fine lime box, made of silver with embossed decoration of floral and geometric design, its lid being adorned at its top with an embossed brass decor representing a stylised Buddhist Wheel of the Law. Beneath, an embossed design representing a stylised Buddhist Wheel of the Law surrounded by a floral decor. The box still contains remnants of lime, which is used for the betel. Tibet, early 20th century, maybe earlier. Dimensions: height: 4.8 cm, diameter: 6.3 cm. Very good condition.

This set of 6 cut crystal cordial glasses were produced in Bohemia by Moser in the late 19th century. The glasses measure 3 3/4 inches high and the diameter of the opening is 2 3/4 inches. The glasses are hand cut and have panels of amber glass in panels around the outside. Vermicelli gilding covers the rest of the surface of the glasses. The scalloped foot of each glass is cut with a star. Condition: There is wear to the gilded surfaces from use.

Qing meiping vase.

This is a rare Meiji period Japanese tree bark cloisonné jar. It is cloisonné design over ceramic body which was made to look like tree bark. It is 7” tall and 5 ½” at its widest part. It has a flower, bird and butterfly design over its brown body. It is in great condition, a little color rubbed off of the rim and base.

A fine KANO SCHOOL Painting framed, Japan, 17/18th Century. This album Silk Painting mounted on heavy gold paper depicts a wonderful blooming SAKURA Tree with white blossoms and pink buds. Nice overall condition. Size 9.75" x 8.25" (25 cm. x 21 cm.)
